Buying at BB for over 30 years
Buying at BB for over 30 years, suits, shirts, coats, trousers. Great quality, service, delivery, returns and refunds if requested. I just bought myself a cashmere blazer and some black watch trousers. Superb as usual.

Ludicrous Returns Policy
Check out this dumb Brooks Bros online shopping process! I ordered the wrong size shirt on a Sunday. Three hours after placing the order I sent an email informing BB before anything has shipped (still hasn't shipped) that I had made a mistake . I called BB. Both the website, email and the phone call confirming this ridiculous approach: sorry, no cancellations, no exchanges, but we will give you a refund. First, we have to ship you a shirt that we all know won't fit (their cost, their carbon footprint). I then have to send it back to them (my cost, more carbon footprint). Why??? If I were a cynic I would say it would be the BB hope that I find it too difficult to follow their returns policy so just throw away my money by not returning it.
Wrong items shipped every time
On each of two online orders, Brooks Brothers' warehouse pickers shipped the wrong item. The company has an incoherent, mismatched system of SKUs and barcodes that none of their competitors use.
Even the clerks in their retail stores screwed up items on their ordering system when I placed an order in-store, and forced me to walk back in the store to correct it. The system is so ancient that for ship-to-store orders, the clerks need to browse the retail web site, write down the SKU on paper, then enter the SKU on the POS terminal. And because slim and classic fit each have separate listing pages, clerical errors are inevitable.
Rather than remedying the situation, Brooks Brothers tries to push all of its expenses on customers. If you place an order with free shipping, the company alters order confirmations to show that shipping was paid. It refused to refund sales tax, claiming that "we have no control over refunding sales tax as it is government mandated," and that "Your state will be the one processing your sales tax refund." And since it's frequently out of stock for item exchanges, anticipate that each order will be returned, not exchanged for the proper size.
Incidentally, the dress shirts shown on the web site with a tie do not actually include a tie. It's just a suggestion - not that they even link to the tie as other merchants do with their "complete the look" recommendations.
If you need men's clothing, try Charles Tyrwhitt, Joseph Turner, Johnston & Murphy, Joseph A. Bank, or Suit Supply instead.
If Authentic Brands Group has any interest in fixing Brooks Brothers' fulfillment problems, it should adopt Charles Tyrwhitt's error-proof SKU system and ReBound-based returns-management platform. That said, the astonishing number of out-of-stock items ahead of the holiday shopping season doesn't bode well for Brooks Brothers' operating results.

Ma se avete un problema l’attenzione verso il cliente è nulla. Dopo 5 giorni dalla prima segnalazione nessuna risposta, chiedo nuovamente “l’ufficio competente le risponderà”. Dopo ulteriori 5 giorni nessuna risposta.
Comprate le camice altrove. Perché se va bene avete acquistato un buon prodotto ma se c’è un difetto ve lo tenete. Bisogna spiegare a questa azienda che il post vendita fa parte della vendita.

Beware the bait and switch between on line ads and store sales. I wrote to customer service about discrepancy and they offered me no explanation and a 10% discount on future purchase. The in consistent policy cost me $66 dollars and embarrassment at check out. Bad experience in Jacksonville Fl.

Absolutely atrocious customer service…
Absolutely atrocious customer service when it really matters. After making a return, I was sent a "merchandise credit" card in the mail. When I went to use the card, the balance was $0. This seemed like a simple issue that could be quickly resolved; however, I have since wasted tens of hours on the phone with customer service and exchanging emails with no signs of any resolution in sight. What's more, Brooks Brothers customer service has provided me with ZERO substantive updates as to why my card has a $0 balance. In effect, this company has stolen hundreds of dollars from me, continues to tell me that they are working to resolve the issues, yet, weeks later, the issue remains unchanged. Please do NOT give your money to this company.
Terrible customer service
Ordered nice close 2+ weeks before going away for summer holiday. Order was dispatched quickly, but the delivery was over 10 days delayed with no communication or explanation.
Order arrived while I was away for holiday and when then they refused to allow returns because by the time I was back it was 14 days after the delivery.
Customer service were unpleasant and refused to help.

I used to shop at Brooks Brothers regularly but never again.
I made a purchase and received an email saying 'Thanks for your purchase' but the items never arrived. I phone customer service a couple of weeks later to be told the transaction hadn't gone through and they would need to tkae payment over the phone. I was reluctant but confident they were not imposters, so I gave them my details.
The goods arrived rather slowly and got here a couple of weeks later. The shirts were so thin my nipples were easily visible through the shirts, so I sent them, back. Since then I have been in touch with customer service regularly, who have told me that their staff that dealt with returns were receiving more returns than anticipated, that my good were sent back too later (they weren't) and that they had already sent a refund.
I still have no refund and have chased them six times over the last three weeks. I am now contacting my banks to see if a charge back is possible so I don't have ti wait for Brooks Brothers to refund me.
Such a shame that a previously great brand has been reduced to this.

Esperienza allucinante. Ho ordinato una polo taglia L, mi è stata inviata una taglia M. Questo errore è stato particolarmente fastidioso poiché era un regalo e avevo bisogno urgente del prodotto corretto. Sono stato costretto a fare un altro ordine, sostenendo ulteriori spese per ricevere l'articolo giusto in tempo.
Dopo aver finalmente ricevuto la taglia corretta, ho avviato il reso dell'articolo sbagliato, aspettandomi un rimborso rapido. Ho contattato l'assistenza clienti e mi è stato detto che il rimborso avrebbe richiesto fino a 14 giorni lavorativi. Al ventesimo giorno lavorativo, senza aver ricevuto alcun rimborso, ho richiamato e mi è stato detto che avrebbero aperto una segnalazione, dopodiché il nulla.
Non sono solito lasciare recensioni ma una cosa del genere non l'avevo ancora vista. State alla larga!

Never Again
I used to buy their polo shirts until they replaced the 100% cotton fabric with a spandex blend. The older cotton shirt wore like chain mail but the newer spandex blend is not presentable after a few washings. If anyone knows of a quality 100% cotton, traditional fit polo shirt I would love to hear about it.
All Around Horrible
Shipping is horrendous. For my state, their website states that the shipping time is 4-5 business days. A week after ordering, my purchase still has not been shipped. I needed to receive this item in enough time to make sure that it fit and went well with the rest of my outfit for a special event that I am attending and that I would have enough time to exchange it, if needed. Now I won't have that opportunity and will need to find an alternative with very little time. All this PLUS a $10 shipping charge. To add insult to injury, they do not provide an email address that can be used to contact them. I will never do business with this joke of a company again.
Pathetic customer service
Pathetic customer service. I wrote to the online customer service ( brooks brothers.eu) regarding doubts about trouser sizes. After an email requesting unnecessary clarifications, that showed to me they hadn't read my mail, they basically told me that all the information I needed was online ( which wasn't). It used to be my only pants provider. Will never buy from them again.
Coat with poor quality, Reclamation not possible
I gave my husband a coat for christmas. After wearing it only three times the lining of the bags was damaged. The coat ist worth more than 1000€!!! I wanted to do a reclamation - get my money back or a new coat. They offered me a 10% voucher for my next order. What a disgrace!!! I will never order there anything again!!!

Sono cliente da 30 anni e non essendoci più il negozio a Milano ho provato l'acquisto di camicie on line dal sito ufficiale, nonostante fossi certo delle taglie evidentemente è cambiato qualcosa e purtroppo ho reso la merce in quanto larga. Devo riconoscere un rapido servizio di reso e rimborso totale in tempi rapidi.
Probabilmente le farò fare su misura visti i prezzi.

Ordinato un bellissimo maglione girocollo di cotone motivo a trecce. Capo molto bello, ottimamente confezionato e qualitativamente alto. Imballato con la massima cura è arrivato senza nemmeno una piegolina. Hanno capi di qualità e spero presto di ordinare ancora.
