I have been using Brooks Brothers non-iron button down shirts for over 40 years.
The quality has always been incredibile. In comparison to other non-iron shirts BB is the best.
My only criticisim is that the online selection is not comprehensive of all the shirts. I was unable to find specific models and had to scroll through all products to find what I needed

Poor workmanship
The seam my sweater under an arm has two holes after less than one week of wear. I have had to take it to be sewed up at my local dry cleaner (too much hassle to send it back to you). Disappointing given the price.

Mistake buying a shirt in a BB store
Mistake buying a shirt in a BB store. My mistake, maybe I was distracted, or a seller mistake, since I was clearly looking only for no iron shirts. No matter who was wrong, at the end I bought an iron one.
What really matters is that I asked BB customer service for a restore and I found a professional, dedicated and open assistance. You can check the value of a firm when you need help, and BB have been super!!! Thank you so much
