They quoted within a day & gave 2 x alternatives, agreed on which boiler she wanted & they came & fitted within the week.

2 x engineers fitted the boiler within the day with little fuss & little inconvenience.

Left after totally cleaning up & explaining everything & showing how the controls work.

First time contacting this company. Always a little apprehensive when dealing with someone new and unfamiliar but a brilliant experience all round. I contacted them via the easy to use online form. A very lovely lady then got in touch and organised a visit. They worked around our availability and were happy to come at a time to suit us. On the day they arrived on time, were polite, professional and only carried out the necessary work (being honest that something we thought needed doing didn’t). A wonderful experience and a company we will call on again in future. Thank you
