It's been a great experience since i start to trade with this guys, can't complain, no hidden fees, very low commission, so why not trade with them, i was at easyequities before, but i think im going to camp here for some time, job welldone brockstock,,,,just improve your withdrawal system to process a bit faster as is a concern to many people

I made an investment, by selling a stock at a higher price, in order to buy it back when the price drops. I bought the stock on the Brokstock app at $330. The stock continue to rise to $338 and then dropped to $303. I had set a Take Profit limit order on $325 so I would expect the 400lots of this to produce a profit for the $5 it dropped in price. Not according to Brockstock though. Only two of my 400 lots were trading at my limit order at $325 as I set it and the rest at $341 which the stock never reached today. Brockstock is telling me that there is a difference between market value and the asking price for the stock. In my case this resulted in a huge loss or somebody helped themselves to my profit plus scooped up some of my capital. I know sometimes when I put in a limit order to buy stock it is not executed by the app because the asking price were higher. My question is, if it works that way around, should the Brokstock app not then block to sell my Take Profit order also if the asking price are different? Why would it sell 2 of 400 lots at the correct price and then the other 398 lots at a price that was higher than the stock ever traded? Also the Brockstok app blocked me from accessing my portfolio for a whole afternoon on both Wifi and 3G. It just didn't load but it was executing pending orders etc. Talk about flying blind and being unable to manage anything. Be carefull when investing here!

Love the fact that you can earn interest on a positive balance.

They are very fast in terms of you depositing money into their app but when it comes to you withdrawing your money they will give you a run around ,their withdrawal system is horrible and it seems they are doing that on purpose ,their customer support is as horrible as their withdrawal ui ,do not recommend at all ! . update : problem ended up getting fixed so ll be updating to 3 stars . there is a lot they still could improve on.

Very poor when it comes to funds withdrawals 6 working days is too long to settle unsettled funds. Have a fee for withdrawals of unsettled funds like Easy equities and others do.

Awesome app. I however have one concern: I dont see dividend adjustments being made for USA stocks. (The dividend adjustments are received fine for JSE stocks). Is it because the USA has banned CFD’s (Contract for Difference) and as a result do not pay CFD brokers dividends as they di for “normal shares” where you actually buy the share? Apologies-I new to investing

Very helpful and supportive in guiding its clients

I've given detailed feedback. But one point I could give, is to ask for the platform to be geared a bit more towards long term investors. In terms of charts and user interface and data. Much of it is focused on trading, which i understand. But I think focusing more on long term investors will make that user base feel comfortable and give some good results.

This is the best broker, it has low commission fees, interactive dashboard which provides a lot of information on different stocks and also provides live prices at all times. Please keep it up.
