So pleased with my latest order. This is the third time I've used British Made and I'm yet to be disappointed. Although slightly delayed, it was definitely worth the wait. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Ordered curtains for a large sum of money in November!
Didn’t state anywhere on their website that if you chose ‘no rush’ it means they don’t arrive, still not here after 3 months. Chased several times and was told different dates, just now want to cancel.

I did have some problems with my order - misleading delivery dates and poor communication. However, whenever I spoke to someone at BritishMadeInteriors, they were genuinely sympathetic, they listened and did their best to rectify the situation. When the curtains finally arrived they were well made and good quality.

I experienced a delay with my blinds and quite unresponsive customer service at first. However when I raised this the MD was very responsive and commit to resolving the issues alongside his team. I very much appreciated this and as a result my trust is restored and I would order from them again.

I have just taken delivery of two sets of curtains from British Made Interiors in time for Christmas.
They are beautifully made from a Sanderson fabric and have totally transformed our bedroom.
Telephone calls to the company to check on progress and confirm delivery dates were all answered instantly by someone knowledgeable and helpful, making the whole process an absolute delight!

My order was relatively modest - bespoke cushions and some fabric samples - everything arrived , on time the cushions were beautifully made and packed, and I will definitely use the is company again for bigger projects.

Recently used for a small order of one set of curtains. Very pleased with end result They look great and were shipped with care. Really timely replies to any questions and the price is great.

We were at first going to use a major brand name but disliked their lack of flexibility and range of fabrics. We found British Made Interiors because we were looking for someone who could make a custom, bespoke design for our Roman curtains. The service we received was excellent. Anna and the team were so incredibly patient, helpful and knowledgeable. They worked with our unusual request and provided clear and timely communication throughout. The product we received is beautiful! We're very pleased with the quality. We're really thankful for their understanding and flexibility throughout the process.

Great quality blinds and excellent customer service.

I have used BMI a few times now for bespoke curtains and blinds for my cottage. The website is easy to use and the range of options is really good. I compared prices with local firms as well as larger firms and BMI came up trumps every time on cost. The quality of work is great and the customer service is difference class - thank you Anna. Having been messed around by a major retailer for several months I found the fabric I wanted at British Made Interiors. They were incredibly helpful during the order process and the curtains arrived earlier than expected. The curtains and cushions are beautifully made and were very competitively priced.
