Quick and good quality and finish

Competitive prices, delivery on time and quality excellent

The materials are high quality, but the £35 delivery charge when you buy a small package is a rip off, they say it's due to the order containing liquids, but there are plenty of providers who send a parcel for £5 from North to South. They are not instructing how to use the materials. You will be happy if you say 'thank you' no matter what happens.

The new oak flooring as come really pleased with it did not take long to be delivered and was packaged really good thanks very much

They were very helpful with all of our queries prior to us ordering the floor.
Floor was delivered by a lovely gentleman very friendly service overall.
The floor is excellent just what we wanted, beautifull wood.

From the very first contact with the company, it has been an exciting journey and a delight to be met by such professionals who provide excellent, old fashioned customer service. We first visited the company - travelling well over two hours! It was worth it though, the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable and were only too happy to answer all of our questions. Once we were ready to place an order for our beautiful solid oak floorboards and skirting boards, we made a second trip to do so and any doubts we had were soon allayed as we were met with the same first rate customer service and the same superb knowledge to that of the first member of staff. The flooring was delivered by one of their friendly guys when we were told it would be (and this was following on from a phone call to book the delivery plus a follow up one for the specific time). So happy with this company, we will most definitely use them again when we renovate the next room!

Very good quality oak.

Quality products, prompt services with good customer care.

Excellent service and product. The handrail is machined from a single solid pice of oak and has a great finish. Would definitely recommend this company for wood products.

Delivery service is good. Quality is great. Customer service is excellent.

Ordered two pieces, one of which wasn't great quality. Emailed them and they replied in minutes. A replacement arrived the next day, no arguing - excellent. I just found my permanent wood supplier!
