Recently had my 4000 mile service at Bridge. Staff are really helpful and friendly and Cafe 53 is a great place to eat. Having the Honda Service Plan is a great bonus - so glad I took out the plan.

We had a break down back from the Isle of Man ,
So good to found out BRMSC !
They had the parts we need to fix the prob !
With help , Coffe, Tea and a lot of storys to tell

Professional and friendly staff kept me informed of progress for work being done on my bike. Good quality work and of course loads to look at and drool over whilst waiting and a nice cuppa, excellent. Thank you.

Bridge show exactly how customer service / after sales care should be.
I recently purchased a used bike, which included a trade in, from Bridge, which went extremely smoothly. Thank you Chris Shoreland for making the whole process a breeze.
After having the bike for a couple of days, I felt that there was a minor niggle with the front brake, so I emailed Chris about it.
Chris passed me over to Cameron Anthony, a parts and service advisor. After speaking to Cameron, he immediately offered to have the bike picked up and checked over.
My worry was very quickly sorted and Cameron did offer to drop the bike back to me, but I went in and picked it up myself.

Whenever I have bought vehicles before, I have found that the sales team are all over you before you buy, but very quickly lose interest after you have purchased the vehicle..
Not the case with Bridge Motorbikes
I couldn't be happier with the excellent after sales care I received, along with the initial buying process, so big thank you to Chris Shoreland and Cameron anthony for making me a very happy biker and I would not hesitate to recommend Bridge Motorbikes to anyone.

We recently purchased two Kawasaki motorcycles from Bridge Exeter we dealt with Chris who was very knowledgeable and helpful but most importantly not pushy.
As I was stepping up size wise he took me through various models and manufacturers
Nothing was too much trouble.
Chris is a credit to Bridge great salesman but above all nice bloke.
We also purchased helmet to helmet comms system and as my husband and I aren’t particularly good with technology Amy explained the various makes and their differences and which would suit our needs and kindly set them up for us.
This week both bikes received their first service, once again great service. Bikes were serviced promptly and cleaned!

Went in for service, friendly and informative people at the desk. Walking round the showroom, the staff are all very friendly.
The clothing shop has a quality secltion, they only have brands that are reliable and will last.
The two staff members (Darren and Olivia) at the clothing section are chatty, friendly people and don't chase you or push you but are very informative about what's good. They also price match and can make a deal for you.
Overall, it is a very well-managed bike shop with lovely staff. Not overpriced and has a large section of different bikes (New+Used)

Took my bike in for annual service today,trouble was I got my dates mixed up and should have been tomorrow,its a 120 mile round trip so I asked the chap on the service counter Shaun Lock if maybe they could squeeze me in, he very obligingly spoke to the workshop and they did indeed fit me in and I got home only about an hour later than I anticipated.Top marks to Shaun !!!

Broke down a mile from the store (flat battery) Bought a new battery from Bridge but they refused to lend me a screwdriver so I could change it. Offered to leave my wallet as collateral but was still refused.
Definitely not run by bikers

It's reasonably easy to be great at customer service during the sale. When things go wrong though you find the true metal of the organisation you're dealing with. For me, this is where Bridge really nailed it. I bought some heated gloves back in December that started playing up a couple of months ago. The young lady I spoke to on the phone set the tone for what would be excellent service from start to finish. She explained well the procedure for me to return the gloves to the store and what would then happen and when. Great communications throughout and after a check my gloves were replaced. No fuss, no need to chase or call to ask what was happening, all completed within the original timescale. Can't find fault with any of these interactions. Thank you.

All the staff at Bridge excellent as usual, my bikes service and MOT carried out in just over 2 hours and washed and returned to me, what more can you ask.

Excellent after sales service

Having sold my CBF1000 in October, 2023,I decided to return to my scooter days at the of 71.I popped into Bridge Motorcycles to see what was available. As I arrived I noticed a 2021 Suzuki Burgman 400 been cleaned outside the valeting area. Spoke to the two lads and asked them if the bike was for sale. They informed me that the scooter was being prepared for sale. They allowed me to sit on the scooter and give it the once over.I popped into the Honda showroom and spoke to Dave regarding the scooter. Dave took me over to the valeting area and showed me round the scooter, explaining the various controls etc. The deal was done. Dave has been brilliant throughout the whole transaction, professional & knowledgeable. I spoke to Olivia in accessories with regards to various ad on's. Olivia was very knowledgeable with regards to the items I wanted, accessories ordered, arrived on time and fitted in the workshop. A big thank you to the after sales manager, Shaun Lock and Charlie. Having collected the scooter on the Tuesday and parked it over night at home, I inadvertently left the parking light on. Went to the scooter the following morning, battery dead. Spoke to Dave that morning, he put me through to Charlie in servicing. He arrange for the scooter and myself to be picked up the following morning by Simon, great communication throughout the process. Arrived at Bridge, battery replaced and rode home a couple of hours later. Great service from the team.

The customer service here is excellent but it has to be said that the prices charged for servicing and MOT work are pretty steep. I took my little CRF250L in for MOT and basic service (essentially oil and oil filter) and was charged £302 for the privilege. That seems like a lot of money to me and whilst I value having the service done by an accredited Honda dealer, it does seem like a bit of a rip off. Sorry Bridge - I like what you do but I think you need to review your pricing.

A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE SOON PARTED! Circa 1587.

When the sales man smiled at me and said “buying a motorcycle from Bridge Motorcycles meant a lifetime guarantee and the support of a family run business” I was hooked, but when it comes down to profit, BUYER BEWARE! I made two mistakes, I bought a 660 Tiger Sport and I bought it from Bridge Motorcycles.
The only thing Bridge Motorcycles are interested in is profit. I paid £8700 cash for an almost new Triumph 660 Tiger Sport, finished running it in and expected the smooth running bike to continue to be smooth, however the vibration it developed as the engine loosened up made the bike, for me at least, so uncomfortable that I get white finger, a numb bum and tingling feet in just a few miles.
Convinced I had broken something by gunning the bike I took it back to Bridge but it turned out that that’s just the nature of the bike! Would they buy it back? NO! The only way to get rid of the bike would be to trade it in. Value after a few weeks and 1000 miles £6026! A depreciation of £2700! Where’s the customer support in that?
When I got the bike home I discovered it had been supplied with 1.7bar in the back tire not the 2.5 as recommended! I couldn’t get a smooth gear change so I took the bike back to get the chain adjusted and they charged me £25 even though the bike had done less than 600 miles after its service! It took them three attempts to get the clock to work and to add salt to the wound I’ve just discovered that the service interval displayed on the dash has been programmed incorrectly! Not due July 24, year after I bought the bike but the 2nd March 24 when the bike is a year old! So if it hadn’t been for Total Triumph of Taunton my manufactures warranty would have been null and void!

I visit Bridge motorcycles fairly regularly, with my husband. We usually just go for a mooch around the bikes and clothing, then the cafe. The food served in the cafe is very good. Today we visited to see the new Speed 400. As usual, we were greeted with a cheery hello from Chris, and asked if we needed any help. This is a total contrast to two previous recent visits to Triumph dealers (Cheltenham and Taunton), where we weren’t so much greeted with a hello, let alone offered any help. So well done Bridge! Your customer service is excellent in all parts of your dealership.

Excellent service provided by Darren in the clothing department involving a complicated repair on a jacket. Easy to deal with, friendly and honest. Couldn't ask for more. Well done!

I have purchaced 2 motorcycles from Bridge, all my equipment and dealt with their customer service over the phone. I have never had a bad experience the last 4 years as a customer.

I recentely enquired about selling my bike, even though they were not buying at the time which was a shame, the lady who helped me cancel my service plan went above and beyond to help and put any anxieties at at ease. Thank you

Went out for a ride with some friends and decided to stop off at bridge motorcycles in Exeter to have a look at their bikes.
After a while we were all getting rather thirsty so we went into their cafe and I asked for a bottle of water. When the young lady serving me told me the price the water I nearly left it behind.
How on earth can you justify £1.50 for half a litre of water it is absolutely disgusting, it cost more than what petrol does.
We were all so flabbergasted we moved on and had lunch else where as we were definitely not going to order that there that's for sure.
Not sure we will even go back to be honest, shame really!

I have been to Bridge Motorcycles a few times in the last year and every one has been great. The first, a year ago, was to purchase my first bike. Dave Fullalove dealt with me and answered all my naive, stupid questions and was great. I have dropped in a few times since for a coffee and the service is always on point. Today, I returned again for a new helmet and was lucky enough to be looked after by Amy. She took the time to find my perfect size, didn’t complain when I said I was either a medium or large when she knew I was an xl, fitted my Cardo system for me and utterly brilliant. Thank you! 🙏🏻

Great guy’s. Very helpful and my bike feels really good having had a full service. Definitely recommend
