Had an issue with condensation in my tiger 900 indicator s. They handled the warranty claim without any hassle and replaced them. Great communication too. Thanks Cameron.

Contacted Bridge Motorcycles via their Live Chat section on the website. Didn’t hear anything from them so called 5 days later. Yes, they’d seen the message but ‘ hadn’t had time to get back to me’. 5 days, really? Poor, poor communications.

As always great service from very experienced staff ,I spoke with Shuan from the the service department on a few warranty issues on my Triumph Rocket and Tiger and within 2weeks the parts were ordered and fitted hassle free, 10/10 service as always, it’s worth the drive up from Plymouth for the great service.

Purchased a used Honda MSX 125. On asking about the 2 prices on the bike the salesman Paul explained the higher price was including VED etc ‘on the road price’. I supplied the bike insurance information (as requested) ahead of delivery to facilitate this. On delivery of the bike I checked with DVLA & no VED was on it. Only £27 so I purchased it online before riding it but it was a good job I checked. Nice bike, I like it but this let the side down a bit.

I've had such great experiences with Bridge motorcycles, both sales and service, that I really want to let others know how great they are. I bought my latest bike (Triumph Scrambler icon) from them last year, and the sales process, including the trade-in of my old bike was just really easy, professional and fair (on price). Fast forward a year and my Scrambler has just had its first full service. Everything from the drop-off, to the contact with the team, plus delivery due to me having to go away at short notice so not being able to pick up the bike was so friendly and helpful I absolutely trust them to look after me well. I have, I hate to say it, had some not so favourable treatment before as a lady biker but this is not the case with Bridge, they really treat me as a valued customer and I trust them. Thank you so much, looking forward to seeing you again soon, especially as your cafe does an amazing brekkie and coffee, too!

Recently we did a trade in and it couldnt have gone any better. Made the phone call about the bike and spoke to Matt. All through the purchase, we were kept updated. It was great dealing with th7e one same person throughout. The bike was prepared as promised. The bike was delivered as promised - when promised - great service. We even got a phone call and also a review request after. We cannot fault the service and are very happy. Many thanks Matt.

Probably the 3rd new bike supplied by Bridge over 13 years, I've always had a friendly, thorough and seemless experience. Just like to say thanks to Chris Shorland (Triumph Franchise Manager) who sorted all the paperwork and had my bike ready within a week.

I wouldn’t like to say how many new and used motorcycles I have bought from Bridge Motorcycles I now especially with the used I was always going to receive a top class bike because if it wasn’t first class it wouldn’t be sold by them and I have always had excellent service from every department thanks

I've just had

Bought a Honda hornet numerous calls about first service when £180 to £230 , so used GT MOTORCYCLES Plymouth far better service, then looked into part exchange my 2 bike Suzuki gsxs1000 and Honda hornet regular customer at Bridge for 25 years ,offered a £1000 less on px than GT motorcycles, don't even try to match it,conclusion profile more important than a regular returning customer.

From start to finish communication was easy and readily avalable.

Any questions asked where swiftly dealt with as was the being serviced/repaired albeit their are times when spares supplied from third parties abroad ( ie Germany, Italty etc.) do take time to arrive quite understandably.

Quality of works carried was first class.
Prices as mentioned elsewhere are expensive, butthis is exactly the same situation throught the motoring and biking world at present.

Overall good service, pleasant knowledgeable staff

We viseted Bridge Motorcycles in Exeter today and it was well worth it. Amy went over and above helping my nephew to find gear now that he's just passed his CBT. Amy's knowledge and kind, friendly approach meant that my nephew could find out all he needed to know about spec on all the items he chose to try on. He's thrilled to bits with his purchases and we'll definitely be back again soon. GIVE THAT GIRL A PAY RISE!! x

Having approached my first 600 miles sooner than I thought Shaun was able to bring my first service forward which was amazing considering they are booked out months ahead. But as always the Bridge team go above and beyond and make the impossible happen!

On my 53, Birthday I had, a purchased a motocycle from Bridge motorcycles in Exeter, unfortunately due to circumstances I had to return it, with Equipment bought, Paul at Bridge was fantastic and all staff involved in being so kind in understanding, and collection from my address.
Outstanding business, and customer relations would recommend.
