Great company to deal with. We had a new central heating system installed and couldn't be happier.
Extremely responsive if you need to discuss anything. Would definately recommend.

Guys came today to fit new boiler. Arrived on time and got on with the job. Really friendly but professional. Tidied up when job complete. Highly recommend

We first enquired about a new boiler back in August 2018. Since the installation of the new boiler we have used BRB for all electrical checks and repairs, and boiler servicing since then and we have found them to be faultless. The staff are friendly, efficient, and very competent.
Having buy to let property is not easy, but with BRB to help, it certainly makes life a lot easier.

Had my new central heating installation from new boiler all pipe work and new radiators,the process went very smoothly from survey to installation and everything was explained as to what was needing done before the team came to install, the team who fitted everything were very professional cleaned and tidied up after them and explained in detail how everything worked, I would highly recommend this company. Really poor service.
They service the boiler working fine for many years one day. The next day the boiler failed and they do not take responsibility of the failure. My conclusion, they did not do a good service or they caused the failure.

1st boiler service
Just had SCOTT doing our 1st year service, First class job and customer relations 10/10 . I had a couple of questions answered no problem. Definitely be contacting BRB when my warranty expires. Thanks again.

Information given to us by the surveyor regarding the work to be carried out was different to the work that was actually completed, with no further consultation with ourselves. The mess left behind took 2 full days to clean up, by us & damaged tiles have still, 2 weeks later, not been repaired, despite the surveyor, who inspected the completed work, telling us he would get something done.

Would not recommend this company at all. They are just about money making and will not admit fault. They fitted a new Ideal Logic combi boiler which no longer works 14months in but is no longer under warranty!!!

Had them contracted through government to replace heating system had survey to assess the job followed all prep work came installation day and could not install because concrete under floor then to my surprise they blamed us saying did not do prep work.

So came the day installation done all additional prep work to get around concrete problem and suprise can't install need another staff as only 2 of them and apprentice where as week before had 4 staff and joiner should have been earlier to do prep but even better they accuse my kitchen of not being clean was reason could not install I have OCD and clean every day on top of that if it was so bad how come supervisor never had issue with kitchen two days before .

Had our complete ‘central heating system’ (boiler, radiators, pipework etc.) fitted by the BRB team back in 2016, which was installed quickly & efficiently by the BRB team at the time. Took out a ‘System Maintenance Contract’ with BRB which included an ‘Annual Gas Safety Inspection’ with the issuance of a Gas Safety Certificate being provided (upon a satisfactory inspection obviously!). Our latest ‘safety inspection’ has just recently been completed, and as always by a friendly & efficient maintenance engineer (on this occasion, Mr. Bradley Starkey) who carried out a very thorough inspection of our central heating system with the all-important ‘Gas Safety Certificate’ subsequently received. Our central heating system has functioned flawlessly from the time of original installation and consequently I would have no hesitation on recommending BRB Heating Ltd. for any future work required.

Got whole new system installed. Radiators, pipes and boiler. Installation went well. No mess was left. All the staff from person who came to do survey, installers and inspector were really polite. Very pleased with the service given.

Amazing job by BRB Heating. Supply and Installation of a Tesla Powerwall unit to additional SolarPV and busy electrical system in the house!
All work carried out neatly and safely. Kept informed by staff at all times prior to installation due to lead time of the Powerwall from the US, but ended up coming in early - special thanks to Nicole.
Cannot fault any of the electricans involved, friendly and happy to answer any questions I had and to accomodate particular requirements for the installation.

The boiler was installed within 7 days of ordering. Communication throughout from BRB was excellent. On the agreed day the team arrived on time, carried out the installation and cleared up any mess and took away all packaging etc. Took plenty of time to show me the new controls and walked me through the new set up. Received a courtesy call the following day from the supervisor to make sure everything was still running fine. Excellent service, excellent value for money, great tradesmen and terrific support from the admin sales and support staff. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience using BRB Ltd who fitted a new boiler, radiators, pipes and smoke/heat alarms in my elderly parents home via the Scottish Government Warmer Homes scheme. Quality materials used by the team who were all very well mannered and friendly. The job was completed in just over 6 hours which was wonderful as my Mum had not been out of her home this year due to her health and was able to return to a cosy home after minimal disruption and time away. A Manager also visited the following day and explained the timer to my Dad. Delighted with the service given by this company. Thank you.

Outstanding Service. Had a boiler installed recently in Glasgow area. High quality materials (Bosch) and fine workmanship. My father is a cabinet maker and these guys did a job almost as well as he does. Genuinely impressed with all the shoddy workmen about these days. Recommended

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH TRYING TO RESOLVE ISSUES AFTER BOILER FITTED 13/7/20.BOILER FITTED ON WARPED WET ILL FITTED PLYWOOD BACK BOARD BOILER WAS REMOVED AND RE INSTALLED ON REMEDIAL VISIT 24/7/20 BRB DECIDED TO FIT A DAMAGED AND SPLIT RADIATOR ON THE 13TH THIS WAS REPLACED ON 24/2/20 ALSO TVRS REPLACED ON VISIT.VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH EVEN AFTER REMEDIAL VISIT I STILL HAVE OUTSTANDING ISSUES WITH NO PROPER OFFER OF RESTITUTION WHICH INCLUDES DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY.I AM A REGISTERED DISABLED PERSON AND FEEL I HAVE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF HAVE TRIED TO SPEAK TO BRB BUT STAFF C AN BE ARGUMENTATIVE AND CONFRONTATIONAL SADLY NOT EVEN WORTHY OF ONE STAR.HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO TAKE THE MATTER FURTHER.SORELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY.I DO HAVE DATE STAMPED IMAGES OF ALL SAID WORKS INCLUDING REMEDIAL.

Your service throughout constantly exceeded our expectations in terms of cost; timeliness; quality and associated advice and support. From the start, Phil and the BRB team listened carefully to our needs and advised on the most suitable replacement boiler options. The team that arrived to replace the Boiler, led by Calum were great too. They ensured that the works were completed with the minimum disruption – tidying everything up after them. The quality of the fitting – and Calum’s pipework craftsmanship - was fantastic too. I heard about BRB through a word of mouth recommendation. I am now recommending BRB to friends and colleagues too!
