Excellent Service today. The girls on the front desk were exceptional. Explained everything that was happening and were extremely professional. I never mind having to visit here.

I was made welcome when I first walked into the showroom. I was introduced to Danny who described the vehicle I was interested in and took me for a test drive. He was very helpful, patient and clear and I was happy to deal with him throughout the purchase. All went smoothly and as described.

The journey from start to collecting my new car has been thoroughly exciting experience which made it one of the best thing in which I've ever done using Brayley Renault dealer and Jason the sales man.

My experience when buying my new car Renault 5 from Brayley’s Cars Milton Keynes was very positive. The salesperson who dealt with my purchase was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car, and he explained everything very clearly. There was no “hard sell, which would be an immediate put off for me.
All aspects of the sale were handled in a friendly and efficient way.

Andrew White, at the Milton Keynes branch, was exemplary. He dealt with our enquiry and eventual purchase expertly, providing us with all the information that we required. This is our second Renault in succession, and l would not hesitate to take my business to their door next time.

Parking is a nightmare - way too many vehicles scattered all over the forecourts and spilling out onto the surrounding roads.

Tony was brilliant, what a pleasure to deal with. Listened carefully and I am totally smitten with my new Renault 5. Having worked in the car industry for many years and over 10 years since I bought a new car from a dealer you won't be disappointed. Great communication through the whole process.

Booked a service and MOT. Added extra info on issues needing attention as well. Courstesy car charge of £20 booking mentioned online. Email confirmation of booking cites charge is £30. Turn up. Nothing charged. Like last year. Either charge the right amount or take it off. Asked for two things to be looked at in addition to the service and mot. One was totally ignored. The other they couldn't find the fault, even though it is a visual fault on the centre screen... clearly didn't look hard enough. The service advisor came out with me to look and saw it when I switched the car on - exactly where I said it was in the issue request description I made. Said she would get back to me by the of the week. Yeah, right. Didn't hear back. Not even a call, or email to say, no nswer yet, but we haven't forgotten you. So, all in, a dire customer service experience from first touch to last touch. Then, an automated email asking for a rating on Trust Pilot. Wow. Never automate it like that. Check if the customer is happy first, then invite a review. So here I am. Unimpressed by Renault Milton Keynes.

Took my car in for its yearly service and used a courtesy car. Got a call to book the service and it was very helpful that I didn’t need to remember. Everything was easy and no issues. Had a call the day before to remind me of the booking which helps a lot.
Dropped the car off with the two lady’s at the service desk they were very polite and efficient and very friendly. They asked me about my day and made everything easy. The lady even went out in the rain to bring the courtesy car to me and again went out to bring my car back to me. All was a delight to deal with and everyone was professional and friendly and made sure that I was treated well. The whole team at Renault Milton Keynes are friendly professional and give great customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Choosing a new car is always a challenge. You can do your research by reading the reviews on car magazine sites, and performing some comparisons. But once you have whittled it down to three or four cars it is time to speak to dealers and take some test drives. Brayley's Renault Milton Keynes, and Danny Merino in particular, were excellent. We took two test drives with no pressure and just honest answers to our many questions. There was also useful advice and tips for successfully obtaining the maximum benefit of all the technology.

Brayley's really made us feel like they cared. I am confident that we can contact Danny at any time with questions about the settings and technology, or even drop in. This is very reassuring.

Great service, staff were friendly and polite and seemed very knowledgeable. My car was ready well in advance of when I needed it back.

Arranged to wait while my car was serviced. Booked in at agreed time and was ready to collect within the time I was told it would be ready. Reception professional and friendly.

Generally we received a good service from Tony at Brayleys. We were kept informed of progress and the introduction to the car covered the right aspects of the vehicle. I drove off confidently in my first EV and first automatic.

4 star rather than 5 as they lost my personalised number plate certificate (they had insisted on being sent the original) and hadn't realised they had lost it until the very last minute. This resulted in a delay to me collecting the vehicle and I was surprised to not be given as much as a £10 key fob or a bunch of flowers by way of an apology.

Air bag warning light. Health and safety Issue one might think. Dacia Brayleys would not even look at it for 2 months!

James and Ian were so helpful, even with me driving them mad asking lots of silly questions!
Couldn’t have asked for better service, very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be going back in future.
