I asked to book my vehicle for a 4 year service as recommended by Renault. I was quoted £215.00 for this. When I dropped the van off I notified reception that I had already had the battery replaced. Instead of the recommended 4 year service I was given an A service ZE service sheet it appears the last 6 checks were not completed and neither the cabin filter and brake fluid were changed. I have since been told that the brake fluid change would now cost £170.00. I feel when using an authorised service provider that I would be quoted the correct price for the actual service I had requested and that that service would be completed.

Test drove a car, agreed purchase, couldn't pay deposit as card machine wasn't working, agreed collection for 2 weeks later, paid full price prior to collection, 1 day prior to collection told that the car was no longer for sale and was being taken off the road after an inspection regarding something i reported.

Very helpful, Smooth and easy process. Exceptionally fast, would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Tony was really helpful from the start till the when we got the car. Despite issues with its delivery he was always updating us of the status and been very quickly, to sort out last minute problems.

Seamless check in and handover of my vehicle. Call when my vehicle was ready to collect. The staff were very friendly and helpful and my car was lovely and clean and running well.

Friendly reception and clear details of work done and observations of things to keep an eye on. Work was done as per quoted price. 5 Stars with only one niggle, trying to to find somewhere to park the car on arrival, but found a small space eventually.

After a short phone call Jack sorted out a deal and arranged for us to test drive the car we were interested in. The whole deal was handled excellently. The car was delivered to our home exactly at the time that was arranged. All the paper work was sorted efficiently

After a couple of visits to diagnose an airbag warning light showing it was decided to replace a sensor on the seat belt assembly. I’ll estimate it’s been more than 6 months (car is 18 months old) no one at Brayley’s or Renault Customer Services could say when the part was likely to arrive. It didn’t affect use of the car but I did say to Renault that there must be a plan to produce ‘out of stock’ parts. Anyway, suddenly a week ago it arrived. Problem solved, Brayley’s fitted it and today a large box with an apology for the long wait and containing an assortment of quality snack goodies arrived from Renault, which WS quite a surprise. Thanks to both dealer and manufacturer!

Check in went well, car serviced as require and by the expected time. Also they threw in a wash.

I’ve been a customer for 8 years and cannot recommend highly enough! I got my most recent new car last week and it was the best one yet! Kelly got me an incredible deal, the exchange process was super smooth and the service faultless! Thanks Kelly, was easier than buying a new pair of shoes!

Explained what the service would involve. The price i would have to pay rung to tell when it was ready. And washed and cleaned inside the car, which i was not expecting.
