Good experience with the sales process. Bad experience with the vehicle as it was handed over with a broken front passenger seat. The seat had not been checked before handover. The car is booked in for repair in late December.

I raised a complaint with Nissan, anyone experienced any same issues like this? Any advice ?

I reached out to the dealers, and they advised me to contact the warranty team regarding a car replacement or refund. After speaking with the warranty team, they informed me that the decision ultimately depends on the dealers. I then emailed Jack in Brayleys about the warranty team's response, but since then, he has stopped communicating with me.

No response from Nissan Customer service team after raised complaint.

I started my journey with this dealer ship iver 4 yrs ago with my first Juke. Yas helped me choose my new Nissan. He was patient and calm. There was no pushing or making me feel under pressure. I'm very happy with his approach. Zayne stepped in well after working hours on pick up day as poor Yas was in hospital, what a lovely polite and professional young man. Above and beyond.

Checked my car in for a service and mot at 9am and got a call 3 hours later saying it was ready for collection. Service was quicker than i'd been told on checking in, fitted in with my plans perfectly.

We came into Nissan Oldham last Saturday to have a look at what cars there was in stock and to see how much we would get in part exchange for our car. Zayne was very pleasant and helpful, he was patience whilst I made my mind up about colour. Then he found the exact car we wanted. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

My car was due for it's 3 Yr service & 1st MOT on the 12th October. Brayleys began sending texts, emails and phone calls to remind me and encourage me to book appt in July, this continued through August and September. Bearing in mind that I had a service plan with them it was obvious I would be using you. Towards the end of September I booked my car in to your oldham branch using an online facility within one of your emails, on completion of the booking process your system confirmed a service time of 8:30am & a MOT time of 10:30, 9th October. The reminders continued to come?? I responded to one of these emails advising that l had booked and to check that it had in fact been registered in. I received a reply stating this central dept could not see the branches booking systems (this is a failing in your systems).
Upon dropping my car off at Oldham, although I was asked what time I would like to pick up the car, having been given a service time and MOT time on your online booking service and not knowing how long these things take, I just said ASAP and give me a ring when completed. I waited until approx 2:15pm when I rang for an update. Your centralised systems passed me around a number of people after which I was finally told my car was still being worked on? I rang again after 3pm, again being told it was still in the garage and would be ready for about 5pm..... On this occasion I queried the time line to be told that the booking times are drop off times and not the actual service time. Although you chased and chased me to book and when I finally did times were provided, nowhere was this explained. It became clear that as other cars were dropped off and if the customer requests a time to pickup, my car kept being pushed back. Not stating a pickup time I thought I was being fair but I ended up feeling penalised and this affected the whole experience. The actual service etc was fine but your process and procedures require reviewing.

BUYER BEWARE Having recently purchased a new Qashqai from Brayerleys Oldham and getting what I thought at the time a really good deal and from a really nice salesman. However a few days after picking my car up I received my V05 which stated as the "book" price for the car was 40k + my car tax will be around £600 per year ???
The salesman failed to mention this during our discussions as if he had I certainly wouldn't have bought it. So please check the Nissan book price and don't rely on the price you pay as you could like me get a nasty shock which has taken the shine of my new car somewhat.

We arrived at brayleys gave car keys to the pleasant receptionist who said they would call us when service was completed which they did and also sent us a video of work done on the car with all the results shown well done thank you

Been with Brayleys Oldham for a number of years. Always great service. Reception staff Abby and Mollie are always very pleasant and helpful. Communication excellent.
