I was given a free software update as my radio system was not working and was told it was a problem with the Nissan Juke. After the update my radio system was working so when I got home
I tried to connect my device to Bluetooth and was unable to complete the process.
The following day the radio was again dead. So the issue is not resolved.

Yet another great experience at Brayleys Nissan Birmingham! Harry was friendly and very professional making the purchase of my car a fully informed seamless experience. This is my 5th car from Brayleys for this reason and am planning on going back in the future. Many thanks

My experience at Brayley's Nissan was good. The person I met at the desk was helpful and polite. My MOT and service was done well and in a timely manner. My only point of feedback would be that I've been bringing my car to this garage from when it was Westway Nissan and every year they make sure to valet my car as part of the service. This was the only time when it was not done and so it would be a much appreciated additional thing if it would have been done.

This showroom and garage is a cut above all the others- knowledgeable, professional, warm and friendly- couldn't ask for any more- what a great team.

My car had to go into Brayleys of Birmingham for a call back, while the car was there they did a safety check on the tyres and brakes.
The whole experience was very professional and quick it only took about 30-40 minutes from booking in to getting the keys back to us.
Every member of staff were very polite and helpful.

Paid for a major service which was quite expensive. However, wheel balancing was not done. Neither did the garage contact me before collecting about finding a perished drive belt that I would happily have had replaced while the car was with them. Other than that, the staff were extremely helpful and courteous, something that is so rare these days.

When I came into my appointment for my car service I was welcomed and taken care of straight away great service. The staff are environment friendly they explained the process and got the job done quicker than time given was happy with the overall service looking forward for future service cheers boys.
