Our first service was due on our Mazda C-5 so I took it down to Brayley Mazda on 6 April. When I had not heard from the garage by 4pm, I walked in to discover the car was being serviced as I arrived. It had been a stressful day for the garage because of an equipment malfunction and several other folks were waiting for their cars. Nobody minded, I discerned, because the staff had been candid about the difficulties. Well done to them all for coping with a tricky day, their approach exemplified by service reception's Niamh Fox.

I am happy with the Mazda CX 30 I purchased. I did the basic search my self prior to coming to the Mazda Harpenden show room. Our salesperson, Colin was extremely helpful from test drive to collecting the new car. Full marks to Colin,

I can’t speak highly enough regarding Brayleys Harpenden, the salesman we dealt with (Tim Hall) was polite,efficient and knowledgeable. We have dealt with him on several occasions and he always goes the extra mile. I’m sure he must be highly regarded at Brayleys and a valued member the team.

I recently purchased a Mazda CX5 from the Harpenden branch. From start to finish I was greeted and looked after by a salesman called Tim. He went out of his way to make sure i made the right purchase and at the right price. I am now the proud owner of a CX5 Mazda that ive always wanted.

Took my car in for factory recall regarding fuel pump replacement.Treated very well, given courtesy car to get home. Returned next day, all done. Unfortunately smell of petrol lingers in the car, which I hope will disappear soon. They were very apologetic.
Parking always tricky due to small car park.

The work was done according to the agreed price but took considerably longer than we were told initially. To the point that having waited more than one and a half hours over the original time estimate we were offered a courtesy car for overnight, which we accepted. So, all in all we appreciate they stood by the quotation and the experience was just one of those things in life. The coffee machine in the waiting area was appreciated!

The service team at Brayleys Harpenden were excellent. They kept me informed of progress with my car, even when there was an unexpected problem discovered by the technician. They were brilliant and sorted the issue pulling out all the stops to get car back on the road.
