Beautiful tile. Easy order. Amazingly fast shipping. What more could you ask?

This tile is an exact match to our vessel sinks...what a coincidence! Can’t wait to see it all pull together. Had to order another box to finish the niches so hopefully it will be here soon!

Asked for a refund after being told it would be $200 in postage, after placing the order.
Still waiting on a refund

Prior to making the order I was told the tile would be sent expedited shipping with 3-5 day delivery. 5 days after placing the order I requested tracking information as I had installers on stand-by and was informed that the tile would not ship out for another week and still have 5 day transport. If they stick to that schedule it will take a total of 19 days for me to receive the order. If I would have been told the truth upfront I would not have placed the order.

I ordered the backsplash September 19 and it arrived September 25. I immediately sent an email advising the tile does not resemble the internet photo. The photo showed the tile as having more golds and purples. The tile I received is blue and silver. Four days later, I have now sent 4 emails requesting a refund. No reply.

I would like to return the tile and receive a full refund. The company will not cknowledge my emails or requests for a refund.

Item was shipped from China not USA. When arrived was not accurate or as described.

They were very fast getting tile to me and kept me informed. Tile were in good shape and no damage to any of the glass tile .

Disappointed in order shipping information or should I say lack of it. I actually duplicated my order because I had not heard anything and thought I never ordered it properly the first time.

Placed an order today, logged into my account afterwards and the order status = "cancelled." There is an area for comments but no comments were provided. Tried talking to live agent- none available. Tried to submit a ticket- error message. A few hours later a representative contacted me to advise the cancellation status was an error and advised the product was ready to be shipped. I decided not not proceed. Company offered refund. Hoping the refund will be processed with no further issues.

In process of trying to get my money back. I made a purchase on July 6th and its July 21st, still no product nor tracking number! I went on their website to send an e-mail and it won't submit stating "system error" their website also states delivery 6 to 8 business days anywhere in the country. Don't order from them, total scam!!!

This is really not a fair review. The price was good, the quality of half my tile order was excellent. The speed which they filled and shipped the order was very efficient. The communication from when the order was placed to when it was shipped and the shipping company was not provided until I replied to the order confirmation email. The reply was quick. The reason for a 2 rather than a 4 is related to UPS the shipping company. Half the order arrive on the delivery date promised for both boxes. The second box still shows it is in their local distribution Center waiting on delivery. They have no clue when they are going to move it on and have no intention of looking for it until 14 days have past. Then they will declare it lost. Bravotti, please reevaluate your shipping companies.

The products are great, but the delivery time is quite long.

I DO NOT WANT THE TILES im Cancelling my order. If you want to go through the returns process thats fine with me.
I will return it to you and and you can refund my credit card then. It will of course be more expensive for you.

Very happy with the tile I ordered. It came quick and was EXACTLY what the picture showed. I even liked it better once I saw it !!!
