No Communication On Shipment
We have been repeatedly trying to contact Bravotti to find out if our order has shipped and have heard nothing. We have tried at least 5-6 times through the online chat platform and email and no one has even responded to let us know if our order which we need to complete a job for a general contractor has shipped. Very unprofessional company to deal with and no US based phone number.

Customer Service Nonexistent
I LOVE the tile but only received half my order. I have been unable to get a response after several attempts to get am established time of delivery on my remaining order. I will never order through company again.

BEWARE!!
BEWARE!!! The customer service for this company leaves EVERYTHING to be desired. The company is also not USA owned, it is based in China. The website says that you will receive your order in 10-15 days at the latest. I placed my order on 2/12/21 and I still haven't even received a tracking number, which I asked for several times. On the rare occasion someone answers my chat, the agent will promise whatever they think you want to hear. Then they don't do anything they promise. I've also tried email and no one answered that either. We are on a deadline with our contractor that is highly unlikely to be met because of Bravotti's lack of customer service or care. At this point even if the tile shows up and is the most beautiful we've ever seen, we would still feel obligated to leave a bad review due to the nonexistent ocustomer care. I've kept all my transcripts (mostly unanswered) to make sure I can prove this to PayPal should we not not receive the tile.

To order was simple - but now waiting
The process to order was fairly simple. Quick and easy.
Now I'm just waiting for the product. Can't seem to get anywhere on that. It's now over 2 weeks. Can't seem to track the shipping and no response in the CHAT.

Still Not Happy
Updating my experience regarding Bravotti Tile from September 29, 2020 - Bravotti Tile admitted the wrong tile was sent via email on October 7, 2020. After NUMEROUS requests for a return slip and refund, I am still stuck with a box of tile and a bill of $239.14. I hope I spare one person the unprofessional experience I've had with this company.

Pieces are missing and there is glue or something like glue over most if them. My installer comes Tuesday. I need tiles with no gunk on them or all my money refunded. They offered me $20 for a $580 order.
