Well it appears I made a $900 mistake in choosing this company. Placed an order 30 days ago for Yeti mugs which were discontinued right about that time. I was concerned about availability so I called them immediately. I was told if I did not receive a call back, the order would be produced. 3 calls and numerous emails later, I still have no ETA on delivery, or even availability. The customer service rep is very nice, but there is no follow-through and it looks like my company is out $900.
UPDATE 9/15/2025
After a few more calls, customer service was finally in agreement that my product was discontinued. I chose another one, and they waived the rush fee, and I had beautifully done mugs within 2 weeks. Still disappointed in lack of communicatin, but in the end satisfied with what I received.
Terrible service
Terrible service. Placed an order beginning of Feb, still not received, the first call I was told they’ll get back to me with a tracking number, I have called repeatedly since then and left messages with no response, I have also messaged on Facebook and through the web page. The order was for $495 and currently our two new employees haven’t had shirts for months. If they can’t deliver the order I need a refund so I can get uniforms elsewhere.

IF there was an option for zero stars I could choose it! they are supppppppper suppper Bad, don't try them, I order webcam for the company it took them more than 4 months to deliver them while they shou8ld deliver them with 10 working days as their confirmation. they deliver them after I killed them in follow up, of course, we missed the event that we have, they deliver them without packaging although we agreed on everything and paid for everything. its a company with 1 employee, the owner is the sales and operation and everything, his name Humam don't ever deal with him. I returned the shipment5 3 times and told him that will complain to the police ...the worst experience ever !!!!
HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE. When I first placed my order of 50 custom ceramic mugs I was told that they would be here on April 13th. So when they did not arrive on April 13th I called customer service. The customer service reps said that there was a production problem and my order was never even sent out. I was never informed of this, and if I had been I would have cancelled the order becuase I needed them in time for an event. Absolutely horrible. Never use them.
Buyer Beware!
We ordered 550 hats for our volunteers, after delaying the order 3.5 months they delivered only 400 hats with artwork that wasn't what we approved. They told us they couldn't reprint or deliver the other 150 hats because they didn't have the hats in stock. They only refunded us $1 a hat for the 150 undelivered hats we paid $3.17 each for, and only refunded 40% for the 400 hats delivered with unapproved artwork (220 of these are completely unusable by our business due to under/overprinting and illegible lettering). We had ordered products from them before but after this our business will never order from them again. BUYER BEWARE!
They are awful
They are awful. Bought in early Nov, I had to contact them because I noticed they had never sent an artwork approval. At this point I had missed my event, so I offered to keep the order with a discount and expedited shipping. They promised a discount and arrival Dec 6. The discount was $4 on a $300 order. It's now 12/31 and I have finally asked them to just cancel the whole thing and refund all my money...it's still NOT HERE!! Terrible customer service, terrible ownership of problem- kept blooming their "manufacturer"

If I could give 0 stars I would. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. I cancelled my order and was told they "don't send confirmation emails for refunds."
They never sent me a proof, and when I inquired, the rep told me I would have to pay more to have by my need-by date for rush service.
I rarely write these reviews but maybe I can save someone else the frustration.

My experience with Branders has been nothing but positive, from the quality of the product to the responsive customer service. I have ordered approximately 5 times for my business - marketing swag. Everyone loves the stuff.
This company is the worst
This company is the worst. The customer service is awful and extremely unhelpful and their work is equally as bad. I've had to send back 2 different products because the quality of the work. The proofs looked totally different than the final product. I've had to open two different AmEx disputes -- go anywhere else!

NEVER AGAIN!
If there was a no star option, I would choose that! Our nonprofit organization used Branders.com for the first time to put our brand on some suckers for a upcoming event. This company not only charged us twice for 2x the amount of product we ordered without permission, but also refused to fix their mistake as the second order (which we did not make nor authorize) had already been sent to production. Here's the kicker: not only did we have to pay for an additional order we did not make, the second order won't even be delivered in time for our event! Our nonprofit regularly orders things like this with our logo on it and I can guarantee you that Brander.com just lost any future orders from us and anyone we work with!

BAD Company all around
Upon arrival of an order of 288 custom beer glasses it was apparent that they were packed while the paint was still wet. Over 90 % of the product was unacceptable. Customer service tell you that they will take care of you within 48 hours but no one ever responds. Guess i should have looked at their reviews before ordering as this appears to be a common complaint.
Socks Gone Wrong
I am extremely dissatisfied with the product (socks) I ordered for an event for KIDS (400 pairs). The proof I approved was exactly what I wanted. However, the product I received was nothing like the proof I approved. The lack of help from the company is frustrating and disappointing. I was told I would get help in the next 24-48 hours, how does that help? I have had to call 5 different numbers before I could reach someone. When I asked for the supervisor she told me she could NOT help me, but that I can wait 24-48 hours for a return call. At this point there is no time to fix the error this company made with the socks. I asked for them to make it right by refunding the money of this large order, but was told that I had to wait till the claims department called me back within the 24-48 hour timeframe. However, my event is this Friday the 24th of March. I had high hopes and I am completely let down by BRANDERS.

"I operate a non profit and have used Branders.com many times. My last order went wrong but they ultimately fixed it. I placed 2 orders in late November 2016. One they had to cancel and the other one was for $825. They have kept my money for over 90 days saying that the bags were on "backorder". I finally called them yesterday and asked where my bags were since they have had the benefit of my $825 since the end of November (90 days). They said they would be delivered in 2 weeks. So today they called and said the order would cost another $300 if I wanted it because the embroidery was more expensive. They said they would lose money on the order if I didn't pay more. They said I took advantage of a 20% discount when I placed it and they wouldn't be profitable on the order if I didn't pay more. ARE YOU KIDDING ME WITH THIS?????????? This company cheats people, holds $824 of a non profits money for 60 days and then tries to back out of the order if I don't pay MORE. DO NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I am a Senior Vice President at a Fortune 500 company and run sales. When my company messes up with a valued customer we FIX IT. We don't hold their money, cheat them and then cancel their order. If we have to take a loss on an order due to OUR mistake then we do that. Not BRANDERS. Do you want to know what they offered me??? 15% off my NEXT order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Why would I EVER give Branders any more of my money when they've effectively taken out a LOAN from me for 90 days, used my money and refused to process the order that they took and priced? I didn't create my own price for the product that I ordered. Please whatever you do, go to another company to place your order. Especially if you are a non profit because every dollar counts. I will be turning this company into the Better Business Bureau and writing as many reviews as websites that take reviews exist. Just please do yourself a favor and click off this website and do not spend your hard earned money with a company this dishonest."

We have been ordering from Christopher Samaniego at Branders for the last four year. Excellent attention to detail and very professional.
DO NOT ORDER FROM BRANDERS.
This company seems to be promising - but when you delve deeper and need basic followup and responsiveness from their reps - unfortunately, they are incapable of providing a thorough customer service experience. They're CS is great for answering initial questions…but if you end up ordering from them, none of their representatives READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. I initiated an order with Branders on 10/17. I gave them everything they needed, EVEN FULL PAYMENT, they promised to deliver our order by the date we needed 10/28. Over the course of 2 weeks, I contacted various CS reps, and NONE of them could follow through with our communication. I had to speak to so many people, because when I thought I got one that was competent and trustworthy, they disappointed and I had to find another. They're follow thru is VERY POOR.
Long painful (expensive) story short: I initiated order on 10/17 needed it by 10/28. Told by all, it would be delivered by 10/28. On 10/28, NO DELIVERIES. I called THAT DAY to find out that they BRANDERS.COM, hadn't even produced any of the order - my PO was sitting, and no-one did anything with it - ON THE DAY IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE IN MY HANDS.
That day they promised a full refund….it is now 5 days later and they (ONCE AGAIN) are not responding and following through. And now I am chasing their customer service reps to process our full refund.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. There are better branding companies online to use.

Although my first initial shipment was over 50% smudged and misprinted, Gerri Brooks in customer service fixed the problem right away and sent me a new shipment before my event date.

My original shipment came over 50% smudged and misprinted due to lack of careful handling or not letting it dry properly, I am not too sure. Regardless they made it right as soon as they could and I received the product just in time for my event. I would recommend this company and I will be ordering from them again in the future due to receiving great customer service. Thank you!
