I ordered a gift for Christmas this year, 2025 it looks like it will be Christmas 2026 before it is delivered. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE BRADFORD EXCHANGE. Of course they have already billed me for it.
Just a fact: it was being shipped out of Illinois on Dec. 17 today is late afternoon on Dec. 23 IT IS STILL IN ILLINOIS!

I am pleased with the speed of delivery, also how easy and efficient the ordering system was. 1 small problem, I paid for the watch when we ordered it( 119-45 pound but I have received an invoice for immediate payment for 114-95pound. Wicked witch statuette
Wicked witch statuette. Extremely badly painted. In particular, the face and eyes - terrible. Nothing like the quality shown on the website picture.
Looked as if done by someone, or thing, without any experience. Luckily for me, I am a miniature painter and could remedy the problem. Bought as a gift and sorted by me.
Highly overpriced for shoddy quality. Would not recommend, unless you want the total B-ache of having to return etc.

Subject: Requested Review for My Recent Order Experience
Dear Bradford Exchange Team,
Here is my honest review for my purchase of the Harry Potter lamp, despite the ongoing unresolved issues with my order. For context, here it is:
On 6 December 2025, I placed an order with ample time for pre-Christmas delivery. Your website offers no order tracking, no account login, and no way to view previous purchases, making it impossible to check status independently.
On 17 December, I received a "non-payment" notice (in the mail, dated 10th Dec). Concerned the original PayPal payment had failed, I reordered the item immediately, selecting expedited shipping at an additional £10 cost
Only later did I discover that the original payment had in fact processed, resulting in two pending charges for the same item.
I emailed your support team on the 17th Dec, explaining the situation and requesting that you ship one item promptly (using the expedited option I paid for) and cancel/refund the duplicate order. To date, now 21st December, I have received no response, no acknowledgment, and no resolution.
It is particularly frustrating to receive a review request while a legitimate customer issue remains completely ignored.
I would much prefer to leave a positive review, but this experience, poor website functionality, confusing payment communication, duplicate charging, and zero customer support follow-up, has been deeply disappointing.
I still hope for a swift resolution. Please prioritize shipping the lamp and refunding the duplicate charge as soon as possible.
