I did not get the item
I did not get the item, it was a Christmas present and I received a letter just 20 days before, 4 weeks after ordering it.most disappointed.

I ordered 2items as presents for Christmas and they both have been lost in transit leaving me with a very short time frame to replace what I ordered this is bad business stop using Evri and people might get what they ordered.

The figurines are very flimsy one was broken off when it arrived and the connection for the dc4.5v isn’t big enough to get the adapter in to have it run on electric. So for what we paid the quality is very poor

Delightful Gifts!
It's very easy to order items and you know on opening it you won't be disappointed. The craftsmanship is second to none, every intricate detail is perfectly finished and sure to delight anyone receiving a gift. My Grandmother collected figurines, Cinderella etc and now I collect pieces for my Granddaughter. I purchased the monkey doll for my mum who has forever wanted a 'real' one. I think this is the closest she's ever going to get. I know she will adore it and only wish I'd seen it before now!

Awful experience
Awful experience. I have tried ordering three times using different payment methods. They only send a letter days later saying payment has failed. Having checked with PayPal and my credit card company, the error is clearly on their side - they are sending through approvals for £0, so clearly can't then take the funds. Yet they say it is not an error with their system when I explain this and suggest they check. Orders placed via website apaprently don't show on their system for 24-48 hours so they can't even check if an order goes through and it's all me checking - no effort from them. No customer service via phone, only via chat. I would never buy but keep trying as they sell a gift that was specifically requested and I promised to get.

I ordered a bracelet for my daughter…
I ordered a bracelet for my daughter birthday which was easy enough to do, paid with my visa card and authorised it in my banking app and nothing. The money did not leave my account, I received an order confirmation and told delivery would take 5 to 7 days. Still nothing, money is still in my account and I haven't received the bracelet or been contacted as to what is happening with my order. There is no telephone number or anything to contact Bradford exchange. Disappointed to say the least, only blessing, no money was paid.

Ordered a watch as a gift delivery too long
Ordered a watch as a gift ( chosen by the recipient ) disappointed to find delivery is 6-8 weeks from order. This was not made clear during ordering as it was ordered a Christmas gift. Only the email confirmation clearly stated how long delivery takes. I think this needs to be made clear on your web site that orders take weeks as opposed to the usual 5 business days of a normal UK web site.
