Went in to buy a pack of wax filters…
Went in to buy a pack of wax filters for my hearing aid, only to be told they don't stock any and I have to order online (and pay for postage of course).
Ridiculous, especially when you think about those who may not have access to the internet or who struggle to use it and rely on the high street. How difficult is it to put these on a shelf or keep them in a drawer? They are not exactly short of space in there.
I hope they reconsider.

Friendly caring advice and brilliant service
The audiologist was very friendly caring and listened carefully to my explanation of the issues I was facing. He did not rush me and allowed me time to go and get a coffee and discuss my options with my partner. I returned to purchase the hearing aids and he kindly booked me a further appt. same day for the fitting, this also allowed him to charge them ready for my return. Brilliant service.

I knew nothing about hearing aids…
I knew nothing about hearing aids except that I needed them. Everything I needed to know was carefully explained and I am confident that the results will reflect the wonderful care I have had so far. I am really looking forward to having my full range of hearing restored.

Service great but Crazy price for same unit
Service great but price for same unit of hearing aid and after care nearly £400 more expensive. Just crazy.

Recently I found out I am deaf.
I recently found out I am deaf. Boots hearing care were really supportive about it & we’re very welcoming and reassuring.
I highly recommend them! They were able to set up a 4 year pay off plan so I am able to have nice hearing aids and still manage to pay them.
