Very friendly and impressively knowledgable team
The two members of the Hearingcare team we met at the Preston branch were excellent. They were very friendly and approachable and put us at our ease through the whole process.
We felt they were impressively knowledgeable and skillful.
I felt my ear wax removal was quick and not in the least uncomfortable.
The explanation of my hearing loss and how hearing aids would help was very detailed and impressive.

Following a recommendation
Following a recommendation, I booked an appointment and was not disappointed. Following an audiology test, time was taken to carefully explain the results, the options available to me and then clear advice as to which aids would be best suited to my lifestyle.
