So sympathetic, understanding, helpful and knowledgeable particularly as I am a newcomer to having to use Hearing Aids.
It was almost a pleasurable experience even though the end result was not the result I wanted.

Shabnam was so good in explaining…
Shabnam was so good in explaining everything to me and talking through all of my concerns. I cannot recommend her enough. In fact I have told many friends that if they need a hearing test or hearing aids, Shabnam is the one to see. I cannot fault her at all. An excellent experience.

Professional and helpful
The audiologist is professional and helpful. I previously had a test in 2019 and the latest test showed my hearing had deteriorated. She talked me through the alternative treatments and explained the different hearing aids, in an understandable manner. I was not rushed at all and was very satisfied with the whole experience
