Professional help and care
Helpful consultation with Vidya, audiologist. She was informed and knowledgeable, expert and highly professional in her care. She explained each step of the test, the fitting, the management of aids very clearly and articulately and didn't bombard me with information. She built rapport well with me and made me feel confident in my decisions to purchase hearing aids which I felt were right for me.
