Good, speedy ,friendly service without pressure

Although, as times, I felt 'talked down to' my experience was good. I felt I was not given the chance to think about cheaper options of hearing aids, but rather told about the benefits of the more expensive hearing aids.

She explained everything very clearly and gave me a useful outline of the pros and cons of the model that she was recommending so that I felt very confident that I was getting the best hearing aid for my needs. I wish I'd have met Melissa last week for my appointment and for hearing test today . After a late first appointment last week and an abrupt chap saying people don't bother to clean hearing aids etc . Made a comment about scaring in my ear as if it was my fault .
He came out today of consultation room at the rime of my appointment. Didn't say a word and walked away . After waiting and no one coming back I had to leave as had to be back at work at a certain time . I need to have some reliable hearing aids but shan't come back to see the chap now .

The audiologist spoke clearly so I could hear her. She explained the tests well, and then the types of hearing aids suitable for me. I learned a lot about the ear along the way!

Excellent service, from an extremely knowledgable, informative and professional lady. She explained everything about the hearing tests she was going to do then she went through the results thoroughly with me ensuring I was completely comfortable with the results .
I was given a “test “ set of hearing aides to try out on site these had been set to my personal hearing prescription. The results were astounding, I was then given a full breakdown of all types of hearing aides which could be available to me. The hearing results were so fantastic that I didn’t want to give back the test hearing aides ,but I now only have two weeks to wait for delivery of my own and am so looking forwards to receiving them and going forwards with clear crisp hearing . Fantastic service from a very caring ,efficient and extremely pleasant young lady who helped and guided me through my first experience with Boots hearing care. ( Ten out if Ten GOLD STAR’S )

Very pleased,friendly service and great product.

The very professional staff and I will be using them again. The level of knowledge was second to none and I was told which hearing aids were the right ones for me.
My questions were answered and I felt a lot better when my hearing aids were fitted and I was shown how to put them in and take them out. A really good experience.
