One helpful audiologist 3 years ago but after that most visits I have to make every few months are shockingly unprofessional with very impolite reception staff often or no one at reception but many staff chatting nearby.Hearing Aids cost thousands of pounds and other items needed for them cost more £4,000 not even the most expensive ones so It would be nice if some level.of professionalism shown. I complained to the company about one audiologist there who was impolite ie after 5 or 6 minutes ended my visit even though I got no help and had to trav el a long way to get there. My visit yesterday with 'Lucy' who unfortun ately has been impolite to me in the past for no reason ..- I get a feeling that if a customer complains ever they are treated even worse after by these staff who act more immaturely than schoolchildren often - sniggering, eye-rolls and more not just reception staff but even the audiologists at times ie yesterday even their managers I got no help with an issues I asked about yesterday and I said that that she was being sulky & unhelpful at which she told me to leave & I asked why so she stomped off saying she would get security!! I replied that I had done nothing wrong. I waited and a very small older woman also with fake tan very long dyed blonde hair ie more like a nightclub look than manager was very very rude to me in deed and as I left the meeting she followed behind me sniggering making faces with another badly behaved 'manager"but she put on a straight face when I happened to look round and I saw a bewildered customer near them waiting on a chair to be seen but they did not care they were enjoying themselves so much.. No wonder staff are so dreadfully behave there with 'managers' like that. Every time I looked around as I walked away the vicious older manager was sneering and smirking behind me to my surprise ie worse than a child by far. I have a painful knee so went to sit on a chair outside the consulting room but the manager 'Sophie' told me impolitely I was not allowed and that those chairs only for hearing aid customers - I am meant to be one.. She was trying to get me out of the store and both Lucy and she looked at me with very evil expressions when I sat down! There are no sec urity staff apparently and Lucy looked furious as she returned with manager. A waste of hours of my time ie travel there and back costing me a few pounds also bullying by a few deeply immature staff. I could not help wondering if drugs were involved.. Appalling. I have put up with this for over 2 years..

Wanted to write another review as the service again has been excellent. I came in again to see the lovely Pat but unfortunately Pat was busy, but we were looked after by a lovely member of staff named Maria. Maria helped me pick out a concealer on Two faced and because she was so helpful and made me feel so relaxed, I ended up buying quite a bit lol! Pat sent me over some samples and I felt really valued and taken care of. I really hope the feedback gets passed over to them because they clearly work hard and love what they do. As a customer it can sometimes feel overwhelming coming to the beauty counters, but I now tend to navigate more towards Two Faced because of how at ease the employees in that area of the store make you feel. They even let my son sit next to and play with his dinosaurs and were so patient. Thanks so much again!

Very good experience, and allowed, in fact encouraged to wear the trial pair around the shopping centre. Go and have a coffee etc to get a proper real life experience of the sound.

Appointments were easy to book and were on time; options were well explained; fitting was made easy and it was great to be able to try out the hearing aids during the long appointment.
Finance options were good too.
