Hearing Test Chichester
The audiologist who conducted my mother’s hearing test was very patient and understanding. I am very pleased with how he treated my mother with consideration and respect.

Good friendly customer care
Good friendly customer care. Thorough examination.
Use of American voice for hearing test was not useful, but I understand is used in all English speaking countries. I would have thought that it would be neither too difficult or expensive to provide a more appropriate voice to interpret.
The air conditioning unit in the room was loud(not helpful for a hearing test) and quite ineffective.

Repeated issues with my 89 year old mother
Repeated issues with my 89 year old mother phonak hearing aids, in the 18 months she has had them, they have gone back to the factory 4 times.
The Boots staff are all very helpful, however the problem seems persistent and its causing a lot of unnecessary stress for an elderly lady that struggles with her hearing.

Great process to test hearing and informative.
Great process to test hearing and assist in selection of hearing aids. Great that they are now staring to offer Saturday appointments, which is not possible in other stores. Have marked down one star as I have to wait 3 weeks for my hearing aids, which was purely due to availability of appointments.
