While the service was superb the product is absolute garbage
I put them in my ears 10 times in one day.
The day they were fitted fine
The next day rubbish plus one discharged quicker
It gets better send contact details they said and they'll talk about it

After my annual hearing aid check I was told my earing aids needed replacing. I had an appointment with Shabram. She was excellent. She talked me through the whole process with me and put me at ease. Her checks were thorough and not rushed. She offered me a follow-up appointment to make sure I was happy with everything. She provided an excellent service and I would certainly recommend her.

Good helpful service with staff who know what you require and how to sort out what's best for you.

Absolutely disgusting. I have a hearing impairment, was told by boots that I would loose my hearing if I didn’t wear hearing aids, and had damage to the hairs in my ears carrying sounds. At 40, willing to do anything to keep my hearing I purchased boots hearing aids at over £2000.
Since seeing an ENT specialist, I have a congenital hearing impairment which will not worsen, I do not need to wear hearing aids (only beneficial in certain environments), and my ears are healthy - no need for the hearing aids to preserve my hearing.
The ENT specialist took past the return time for the hearing aids and despite being sold them under what I believe to be false information, SURPRISE!!!! boots will not refund them.
The audiologist may I add, if he had known what he was doing, should have known from the shape of the graph the hearing impairment is congenital, will not worsen, and hearing aids could have been optional and not need to be worn all of the time (very overstimulating considering the prescriptive not personalised programming they use I have been informed)
Go to the NHS!!!!!

The new store is a totally different experience. Modern and welcoming. I cannot fault the care and attention I was given during my examination. Adeel explained every minute detail to me, in a format that was easy to understand. Every thing was discussed to me at a pace I could fully absorb. Thank you

new aids appear to be much better than previous ones less bqckgroud noise and interference.

A very pleasurable enlightening and useful experience with the audiologist who is very knowledgeable within the subject of audiology, whatever questions I asked he explained in easy terms so I could understand easily, letting me feel in control, and build my confidence to accept the fact that I now need earring aids in my senior lifetime without any kind of pressure. Excellent young man.
