Booked two appointments for hearing tests and they cancelled them both, the second one when I was in the waiting room. Completely unprofessional. Unless you have a lot of time to waste go elsewhere

I had Elin as my Audiologist and she was extremely attentive to my hearing needs and very knowledgeable and professional. Elin took time to ensure I had the correct hearing aid and explained everything to me and my wife. We were both very happy with the service.

I booked a hearing test because there had been quite a marked change in my hearing. I initially had a 15 minute appointment with Elin. She looked in my ears and showed me that my ear drums were scarred from the many ear infections I'd had as a child over 45 years ago. Elin conducted my hearing test and it was discovered that I have severe hearing loss in my both of my ears with almost profound hearing loss in my left ear. She made an appointment for me to return the next day to complete the test and to get hearing aids. I returned the next day and was fitted with my hearing aids. Yes they were very expensive, but after all I could finally hear properly, something that in hindsight, I had missed out on all this time. It's amazing to be able to hear the world in all of its noisyness. Elin was absolutely brilliant throughout and she is a credit to Boots hearing care. Highly recommended!!

My hearing test was carried out by Elin. She was very competent and concerned to find out both what the customer needed and wanted. Moreover she has a very cheerful and friendly manner and managed to make the audiology test enjoyable. My previous experience of Boots audiologists had not been good but Elin has managed to redeem Boots reputation with me

We seen Elin from boots hearing Birmingham city centre, from first appointment she put my husband at ease, explained every step, and kept explaining till she was sure my husband was comfortable, confident wearing his hearing aids, fully recommend to anyone who is concerned about there hearing loss.

From the beginning to the end of my Mother’s recent hearing experience, with Elin at Boots Hearing Centre, was professional, caring and supportive. The explanation of the process, the options available, the availability of suitable appointments and the service that she gave was exceptional.

Elin was a delight. Extremely helpful, thorough and nothing was too much trouble. She explained things clearly and was happy to accept our thoughts. Could not of wished for better service.

The Audiologist, Elin, was both friendly and professional. She explained clearly what my hearing test was about, and explained the results and her diagnosis. My ear felt blocked (Elin examined my ear and was confident that there was no blockage), and my hearing was deficient. Elin said that she believed that the blocked sensation would eventually clear and my hearing would recover in time. Within a few days the feeling of my ear being blocked had gone, and when retested my hearing was much improved. So on both counts she was spot on, and I would recommend her without hesitation. We all regularly attend eye tests, but how often a hearing test? If you feel that there is any issue with your hearing don’t hesitate to book a test!

I visited the Birmingham City Centre store. Elin the audiologist made me feel really comfortable & was very knowledgeable. The whole testing process was seamless & explanations were given all through. I can thoroughly recommend a visit if you are a little apprehensive. A very friendly team member.

The whole process was efficient, professional and friendly and caring. I felt that the audiologist really cared to give the best possible treatment.

Cannot reccomend Boots highly enough the young lady named Elin who was my audiologist was excellent. Explained the various types listened to what my requirements were and sorted out the hearing aids. Unfortunately the first ones could not be made to suit my ear canal and the company made some but once Elin inspected them knew I would not be happy with them. When I went I tried them but was not what I wanted she then went through another option and ordered a replacement. Today I went back for my new hearing aids and am so happy with the replacement and the excent help I received off Elin thankyou so much for your expertise in sorting these out for me.

Birmingham Hearing Care in the city centre is superb. As a newbie to wearing hearing aids, the Audiologist, Elin, was so patient and responsive to my individual needs. In all, I had 3 appointments so that she could follow up and check that they were set at the right level for me, answer questions and show me how to care for them and how to use the app. Brilliant service.
