Use booking buddy years ago and everything was fine. Attempted to use it a couple days and it was a scam. Booked and purchased tickets for $ 354.00. Next day received text and calls, regarding my purchase. They issued a confirmation # with Delta Airlines. Was told the money paid was a holding fee. There was another payment due. Thought the money was extremely reasonable. Be aware when using Booking Buddy!!!

Booking Buddy.com is a scam!!! This is the 2nd time I encountered the same problem. I booked on the website and got the booking confirmation, then a couple of days later the agent called & said that the pricing I had booked was no longer available and made me pay much higher price. They got ALL kinds of excuses… it looks like this company is located in India, not in the U.S.
When they booked they changed ALL the names of my family members to Indian names and it was so hectic and time consuming to deal with the agents… very rude agents and hard ti understand their English….I am going to report this to Minnesota Business Bureau!!!

As a frequent traveler , I am telling you the truth that www.my flights buddy.com is really a fraud company. I booked 2 tickets today from them as they are showing the lowest fares. Then I received the reservations number right away through my emails , but it comes without a sticker number . I put these reservation numbers on the airline webs , it was showing that the bookings were not completed at all . So I called myflightsbuddy and they told me that the fares I saw were gone and I would have to pay a higher fare for the same tickets . So I told them I would like to cancel the trips coz there were not suitable for me any more , what was funny more was they started to play the game by telling me to offer another discount offer or charge additional cancel fee for that . At first , the guy said the cancellation fees were charged by the airlines , I told him that I was in front of my computer and there is always a free cancellation according to the websites ; then the guy said again that they still had to charge it because everything was good to go and I was the one who wanted to cancel , so that’s why they are charging me . I told him I bought these tickets 30 minutes ago on the same day and how come they could charge me for that . This won’t happen anywhere in the U.S. I told them I would going to write the bad view on all the webs and freeze my Credit Card, and share these bad experiences to people as much as possible. Then they called back and said they would cancel these for free . But I had freed my card by the moment. After that I called up my bank customer service, I was told that there are some issues happened like my case , these bad guys would wait till your transaction is done and then push you to pay a higher fare or charge you more money for cancellation. So be very careful with this web and always double check your reservation number and eticket number when you make a airline booking. I learned from my lesson today !

I booked a flight through their website 11/30/22 with Flight Fare Deals. I got my confirmation but it said that it was pending so I decided to call to see why. So the price I paid for basic economy was no longer available and that's why it was pending. The agent goes on to say that he could keep me on the same flight but for way more money than I was willing to pay. Basically price gouging people. Needless to say didn't book with them. Second time I went through another one of their partners Travel01. Same thing happen they didn't have any basic economy and the agent again tried to price gouge me. I told them that they needed to remove the flights off their website since they don't actually have any. The agent goes on to say with basic economy I wouldn't be allowed to carry in luggage on the plane. I informed him that I fly often and never heard of that because it would've been through Delta that allows a carry on or checked bag. He continues to say I keep you on same flight but it would be way more than what I was willing to pay. I have booked through booking buddy alot and never had a problem but between last night and today these people really tried to make me pay way more than I should have. I informed them that they needed to remove the basic flights since they don't have any. Please save your energy and time because they have horrible customer service. My best friend's booking was cancelled too and they try the same thing with her...price gouging..

Please do not be fooled, I bought the tickets and I wanted to put one room but put 1 person instead of 2 persons. I called to add one more person but booking.xom I'd giving me a run around. Booking com asked me to call thr hotel and hotel asked me to contact Booking. Com

I got to the hotel and they gave us a handicapped room that was filthy the shower had mold and hair in it. When I asked for a new room they said we had to call booking buddy. It took 30 minutes to get a refund processed. Because we booked with booking buddy they couldn’t just refund us directly.

They said free cancelation and when we had to cancel because our child was exposed to Covid at school and could not make our vacation they still would not refund our money. They actually charged

Please avoid flight Trotters form this site. They used to be good but they started including bad sites like flighttrotters.ca which are scam sites. Ive booked with them 2 times and everything was good but now they included scammers which made the site worst.

Do Not Use This Company!!!Booking Buddy would not let me change my reservation in Frisco, TX to Frisco, Co. I understand they have a "No Cancellation" policy, but at least let me use the money towards a hotel in the town I am staying. It was an accident!! I called them immediately after it was booked. The customer service rep was rude and not from here. So, he didn't understand what I was explaining, then handed me over to someone else after being on hold for 9 minutes!!! Uuugh. This site seems like ir is not legit. They should be shut down!!!!!

Our trip was for April 2020. I filled out app and they took money the day after form was sent back in November 2019. I had to cancel shortly after when my daughters family got military orders to move around this time. I got notice I would get full refund. Well it is now February 2020 and no refund. I’m told it’s a process it takes 4-6 weeks.
Now grant you. I have given them over 3 months to process this check. I call today 2-9-2020 and said it would be another 2 weeks. When do the 2 weeks come to an end. Piccas who handles the refund just gives excuses.
I don’t blame booking buddy they didn’t handle funds only showed site.

My recommendation don’t do business with these people. If your not sure you can make the trip, book a hotel. I have never had trouble canceling a hotel or getting a refund.

Absolutely Horrible! Double booked me for a flight with Spirit Airlines. I was charged for two sets of 4 tickets at a total cost of $1400. When I called at least 12 times speaking with multiple customer service representatives, I was told that my extra flight that the poor english speaking customer representative booked me for would not be refunded. Still waiting to hear back from yet another manager. She also spelled one if the mess wrong on the booking. I spoke slowly using words for each letter in the name A- as in apple. B as in boy. I couldn't have possibly stressed the spelling enough. When i called the representative back she told me I did not need to worry about the spelling!!! What?? So I called Spirit and they said we would not have got on the plane. Ugh!! Still waiting for the refund! I out $700, and no one at this company has helped me... just a run around. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Nightmare to say the least

This company is one you should stay away from. There are many that more reliable when it comes to honesty and integrity. They booked a hotel for me in Venice Florida instead of Venice California and refused to refund the money. I told the young rude agent on the phone that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB and he laughed at me. He said calling the BBB is old school, so who really cares. In the vein of this new school hi-tech venue, called the internet, I decided that more people would probably read my review this way.

When using travelmath.com, the Bookingbuddy caveat about "good deals" pops up. In the past when I received frequent Bookingbuddy emails, if one put in a different destination than what is specified, the "good deals" caveat appears. Bookingbuddy is a pain.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MISLEADING INFO!Waited on hold 2 times over 20mins and they picked up and hung up, finally got someone 3rd time who lied , wouldn't transfer me and would not honor their own policy! Never again will I work with this company!

Totally misleading! They show prices which relate only to a single night and mislead you into thinking they are cheap. In reality they are only able to access higher rates than other sites

Your site is becoming very clumsy to deal with. It thinks it is anticipating what I want and I keep trying to correct it and it does not take the correction.
Also, too many of the sites have the same bloody flight information and rates so it does not make it useful when I can just to go those individual sources.
I have used your site for years but think I may go elsewhere in the future.

Terrible rates - I have never found good rates at this site. This time I looked at a car rental rate. I have already secured a rate for economy car through Costco for $15.91 for one day/same day rental. Bookingbuddy is $60 - $70 for same day same car class - but advertised "come-on" is for $7/day. Ridiculous - you cannot find a higher rate no matter how hard you try.

a few weeks ago I used booking buddy to book a hotel for 1 night stay and a park and cruise package. upon arriving at hotel I did have reservation for night stay but no park and cruise. I had to pay $75 more than quote from booking buddy. Can not trust them to make reservation for what I ask for. will not use again.

We will NEVER use Bookingbuddy again! We booked a hotel with them and then realized it was not the right one and changed it. We got a cancellation confirmation and we were never told anything else. The amount of the 1st room was then charged to our card. So we called and were told sorry- that was the cancellation fee. The whole $184.21 which we were going to pay for the room. They said it was too late- 5 minutes after booking and 3 days before going. They are horrible and horrible customer service. Go direct through airlines and hotels you get best rates and best costumer service.
NEVER AGAIN!
