As mentioned by previous reviews, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, it is a scam. I boked my flight 4 months in advance. There price was definitely cheaper ($150) from the standard airlines. I paid for my ticket and was told my ticket would be issued 24 hours before my flight.

The day before my flight, no update was provided to me, I reached out and was told that the airline cancelled my flight and that I would need to pay $350 to rebook. I was further told that my cancelled flight was refunded and if I did not receive it, I could file a dispute. Of course, I did not receive it, and I did call my credit card company.

Ken Lee Wood booked another flight, provided me a confirmation 5 hours before my flight's departure, after a long back and forth, he wanted me to Zelle the $$$$ over to him, he also provided a Paypal form of payment. I used the link provided and paid via Paypal, however the link was not BBN but a Parchi Sharma, which seemed very unusual. It appears PP had flagged this account saying "This invoice is not available", "We removed this invoice because it may have been a scam. Our fraud detection ..." PP continued to say "Do not call any number or click any links that are in the invoice and consider deleting the email".

This was my first experience using a 3rd party, it would have been even worse if I was at the airport having to deal with this matter. They say, if it's too good to be true, it probably is. Don't believe Ken Lee's lies. They can easily book your flight and just before boarding, they can cancel your trip, just like that. Their goal is to take advantage of customers when they are most vulnerable.

They tried to take advantage of me again, telling me to dispute Paypal and pay them another way, BBN cancelled my return flight, so yes, I disputed my flight with Paypal and used the money to book my o/w return flight home. This has been a stressful event from start to finish, so unless you want this type of stress and what could be a costly trip, DO NOT use Buddy Book Now, they will try to SCAM you

Ken Wood is dishonest and a thief.
I booked a flight, checked with the airline to ensure it wasn't a scam. The "reservation " was confirmed, yet Ken Wood deducted the money from my account, DID NOT pay the airline and proceeded to lie throughout the process, even lying about the airline canceling the flight, while I'm at the ticket counter at the airport! Ken Wood and this scamming company owe me $6k! Reimburse me Ken Wood, Buddybooknow!

RETRIEVE the communication emails & ALL the opportunities I gave you to correct your unprofessionalism!
You can start by reimbursing me the price difference between what you received, $1400 for 4 roundtrip tickets on Delta, vs. 4 roundtrip tickets at $4800...try responding directly if you're serious...this option too was provided to kenny who did NOTHING!!!
IF you really believe your response, then WHY didn't you answer the phone when both myself & Delta Airlines tried calling you? Reimbursement is required of you!

You're not a professional or a person with any integrity, neither is your "employee" ken wood...this obviously isn't a priority for you to resolve...

STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE!! Most of words from Mr. Wood response to my review is/was a lie! I have every document, emails, even from Frontier Airlines, bank records, even the refund was fake, we had to make a fraud case to reverse the charges.

---INFORMED THAT 9 CREDIT CARDS WERE USED by AGENT TO PURCHASE AND ALL REJECTED, THE LAST CARD WAS APPROVED, THEN 15MIN LATER A FRAUD REVERSAL WAS MADE. I WAS told i would need TO SHOW UP AIRPORT WITH ANOTHER PAYMENT AND ID. AT A MUCH GREATER COST THEN AGREED TOO---ALL DOCUMENTED 24 EMAILS PLUS FAKE CONFIRMATIONS. PAYMENT MADE TO AND FROM BUDDYBOOKNOW...AND IS ASSOC. WITH US TRAVELTEC LLC THE COMPANY THAT CHARGED OUR CREDIT CARD. THIS ALSO DOES NOT INCLUDE A MYSTERY CHARGE TO ALASKAN AIRLINES FOR 4 SEPERATE CHARGES FOR AROUND TOTAL OF $850 IF YOU GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CC IT WILL BE USED FOR OTHER TICKETS NOT FOR YOU! WHY SO MANY CC WERE USED TO TRY TO BUY MY FLIGHTS.

This is now an urgent situation. My Frontier reservation (confirmation Q***SS and OF***P) still shows no flight details on Frontier’s website. My flight is tomorrow, and despite repeated assurances that I would receive the itinerary today, nothing has been provided.
This delay is unacceptable and entirely on your end. I need the ticket fully issued and the complete itinerary sent to me immediately. Please finalize the booking and provide the flight details without any further delay.
If this cannot be resolved right now, I need to know that immediately as well so I can take alternative action.
I expect a response and resolution promptly.

The Frontier Airlines reservations associated with confirmation numbers O**PPP and Q**VSS previously displayed complete flight details. Both records now appear blank on Frontier’s website. A call Frontier has further advised that these confirmation numbers are not linked to any flight reservations. Refer to Attachments A and B for documentation.
Our reservations were validated and confirmed, as evidenced in Attachments C and D. Each ticket was paid in full through separate transactions from me to buddybooknow.com processed via US TRAVELTEC LLC, charged on and accepted credit source from me, corresponding to booking references BC**RP and AEP**O.
We are approaching our scheduled date of travel, and it is imperative that this matter be fully settled, completed, cured, and corrected well in advance of our departure. We will be driving approximately four hours to San Francisco, and we require confirmation that our reservations are valid, properly ticketed, and accessible in Frontier’s system before undertaking this trip.
DO NOT USE SCAMMER. RIPOFF ARTIST NO MATTER WHAT IS STATED THIS WAS A PURE SCAM.
