The reception at Bonners Reigate was welcoming and friendly. I was able to try out the pianos without being pressured. Would have given 5 * except that
I had an issue with the finance deposit that was taken by credit card. I was not made aware that this would attract interest from my card company as a cash advance. My card company waived the charge as I had not been made aware of this at time of purchase. I feel that customers should be warned against using credit card for deposits.
After sales service has been good.

Having made many purchases over a number of years at Bonners Eastbourne and having always received an excellent service, this time has been no different. I part exchanged my Yamaha CK88 for the New Yamaha MODX M8 just before Christmas and received a generous part exchange price. I would like to commend Tom Parsons for his outstanding service throughout my purchase. From the moment I walked in, I was looked after exceptionally well, with genuine care and attention at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble — questions were answered thoroughly, advice was honest, and I never felt rushed. A big thank you to Tom for making the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable, I am delighted with my purchase and have no hesitation in recommending Bonners.

I needed to upgrade my digital piano. Although online reviews are helpful, but I still had questions after reading many reviews. Plus nothing compares to be able to physically feel and hear the sound for real.
I went to Bonners Music in Reigate to try out the Roland I had in mind. The friendly staffs was very helpful, answered all my questions. I had plenty of time to try it out, (along with others just to satisfy my own curiosity). Purchased it, took it home on the same day and very happy that I have made the right choice.

I visited Bonners Music in Milton Keynes to explore digital pianos. The attention I received from Toby was exemplary. Knowledgeable assistance with no pressure in a showroom with a wide selection of pianos and keyboards to try out was ideal. I chose the Casio GP 300 Grand Hybrid plus recommended stool which were delivered at the exact time stated. I will never have time to explore all the features available but as a piano it proved to be an excellent choice. Thank goodness though for a video on YouTube demonstrating exactly how to unpack and assemble the instrument.
Thoroughly recommend the service at this store.

I bought my new Hammond XK-5 from Bonners last November and I am super happy with it. Having played a vintage B3 a few times many moons ago, I always wanted to own one but for many reasons it didn't happen. Now I have an XK-5 and it is just stunning. It sounds, feels, and plays exactly like the vintage B3 I remember, has plenty of options to configure and play with, and looks stunning too! In short, it is quite excellent. Also quite excellent was the overall service provided by Bonners, from my initial enquiry through to collection. I must thank Amanda Jones who was very friendly and helped ensure that my purchase was problem-free. Thank-you Bonners!

My personal experience of bonnets was nothing but excellent.. we popped there looking for a digital piano. Having already looked online I had a couple in mind. All were readily available to have a play with and nicely displayed and sorted of sectioned by makes etc making it easy to find your way around.while there we had the pleasure of meeting Amanda who was great fun. Full of useful information when needed but also left you to find out what it is you like for yourself. There certainly wasn't any pressure or push for sales just honest helpful advice with some humour thrown in which makes it a chilled and friendly environment. I choose a Roland lx6 which wasn't in stock. Amanda advised how long it would take to become available. It actually came a little sooner. I also payed to have it delivered and set up which was brilliant. They guys who came to my property were lovely and had it set up in no time without hassle at all. Loving the piano and would highly recommend Bonners to anyone musical

The Journey from Birmingham to Bonner’s was well worth a visit! The Hospitality from everybody was second to none! Purchased a Yamaha Montage M8X at a great price with some free extra’s thrown in! We recently visited the Newcastle-upon-Tyne shop seeking a keyboard with accessories. We found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful, and we are very happy with the product we decided on.

I love Bonners! And my new keyboard.
Any music outlet is only as good as it’s staff and showroom layout and this one is just brilliant and showcases the choices beautifully . And there are some very, very lively choices to be made too!
And these guys have such a lovely “come on in and try , this one too you might like to try” attitude and years of staff loyalty and enthusiasm . Mr White really has grown the shop to what it is today, which is wonderful . With price matching , service, delivery, packages, and more stuff I’m sure ( oh yeah, the train literally round the corner and parking , why would you bother to go elsewhere or take a punt on something online? I wouldn’t.

I went in to Bonners Music, Newcastle Store, looking for a keyboard, not knowing anything about the various makes and models that were on display.

The display in the store was vast, and I was basically in a lost world for making my choice of instrument.

I am a total novice, but I have a desire to learn how to play a keyboard.

The sales assistant (Steve Gilbert) was very helpful in assisting me choose which instrument would be the best choice for me to learn on.

He let me try out some of the different makes and models on display, and put no pressure on me for a sale, or to cut short my time in practising on the various keyboards.

He recommended a digital piano, saying that this instrument would be the best for me to learn on.

This instrument was nearly one thousand pounds cheaper than the instrument recommended to me by a friend.

He stated that the instrument that my friend had recommended would be too complicated for a novice to learn on.

Steve sold me an instrument that was relevant to my needs, and not relevant to his commission. He could easily have sold me the more expensive instrument, that would have been too complicated for me to learn on.

My new purchase was delivered to me on the exact date that was promised.

The delivery driver was very careful in carrying the various boxes from his truck to my house.

Once unboxed, the instrument was inspected for marks, scratches, and for its operation, and everything was perfect.

I had difficulty claiming a cashback incentive, which was offered by the manufacturer of the keyboard, and also to connect the piano to the Internet.

I contacted Bonners Music informing them of the problem by telephone.
Another sales assistant called Neil answered the telephone, and told me that he would make some inquiries into the problems I was having.

Neil contacted me by telephone the next day, advising me what he was doing to alleviate my problems.

The sales and after sales service from the Bonners Music Newcastle store is excellent.

If anyone in the North East of England needs to purchase a new piano, then this is the place to go to.

I Purchased a Roland Piano from the Bletchley branch. The two staff were so friendly and let me and my partner try lots of pianos without feeling pressured at all. They have a fantastic range of traditional and digital pianos on show. They answered all my questions and they found me a piano that was perfect for my current level. If I need anything else I will certainly go back to the store rather than looking online!

Toby was extremely helpful in my son's first instrument purchase, the delivery from the warehouse was quick and efficient and my son is very happy with his acquisition.

Great experience from the outset. Neil at Bonner‘s Newcastle did a brilliant job of demonstrating my piano which ultimately convinced me that I needed to have it. The communication regarding delivery was brilliant and the two lads that delivered the piano were very professional and had a bit of banter and a cuppa whilst taking great care to make sure I was happy with the service, position, and set up of my Kawai 901. I absolutely love playing this piano, the feel and feedback from the keyboard is excellent, very realistic and just makes you want to keep playing. The sound of the piano is fantastic and the options available for different effects are outstanding. If you are considering buying a piano from Bonners, I highly recommend it. You will get an exceptional service and the quality of their instruments are 2nd to none.

I bought a Yamaha piano for my grandchildren. Tim at Milton Keynes was extremely friendly and helpful steering me in the right direction to a suitable model for their ages. They love their new piano and both are doing very well. Thank you Tim- I can unreservedly recommend you and Bonners.

Well, I wanted a new digital piano. I gave Been playing for 40 years +
Bonners Music, Reigate was my first choice to start looking.
Emma who helped me was very knowledgeable.
I described my requirements and she suggested a Yamaha CSP 275.
She demonstrated the features and I tried it out several times.
Quite simply the best piano I have ever bought, it’s amazing. I play it every day.

Bonners Music is the only place I would go to buy a piano of any type, acoustic, digital or stage piano.
