They guys at Bolt were amazing - so fast and efficient. They came highly recommended by quite a few of our friends/family so we were confident of a good service! They blew that expectation out of the water - fantastic service!!

Move from Thornhill to Cyncoed.
A move from one house to another is always stressful. But from a large house to a smaller one! The guys from BOLT made it a lot less pressurised. Quick, efficient and pleasant. When completed the first stage - and in record time - all down to the new smaller house!! It all miraculously went in and they were happy to carry things to the right place in the new house, even having input as to where things would best be placed in the room 😂.

Would definitely recommend BOLT and would definitely use them if we ever need anything transported elsewhere. Also quite easy on the eye for us ladies 😉

A home move made ridiculously easy by Bolt, amazing service before the day, followed by brilliant service from the 3 on the day. Move all wrapped up home to home with a 12 mile journey in 4.5 hours, 2 Luton vans. Exceptional.

Very professional service with friendly movers who could not do enough to help us. They were on time and were very patient when the purchase had not fully gone through. They took a part many items and quickly reassembled them. Can not recommend them enough.

Bolt Removals were fantastic from start to finish. Their level of customer service, responsiveness and support was incredible. Our two removal men had the van packed up within an hour, kept us up-to-date whilst in transit and had everything unpacked so quickly and efficiently. Such lovely people. Quite simply money well spent. Getting a quote was quick and easy, while the removals team were excellent. Polite and speedy, took great care of our stuff. On arrival in the new house they took the effort to ensure everything went to the correct rooms, even discussing the best positions for furniture etc. If I move again I would definitely re-hire.

Me and my husband could not recommend Bolt Removals enough. From the beginning they made everything as easy as possible. We did a video quote, they were great in arranging that around us. Bolt Removals moved my daughter from Cardiff to London yesterday and I cannot praise them highly enough. They arrived bang on time and emptied her entire flat so quickly and efficiently we were amazed. They took care and attention of my daughter’s belongings and were so professional ,friendly and courteous. I am ashamed to say I didn’t catch the names of the workmen but they were wonderful-fantastic at their job and a real credit to Bolt. We will definitely hire Bolt again when she moves back to Wales and would not hesitate to recommend them. They took all the stress out of moving! Thank you
