I have had a good experience using trust pilot, it has been the platform I use mostly to review experiences whether good or bad, sometimes I think the review process is long but I want people to know if something wasn't really good or really terrible (in either direction) I likely would not be taking the time to talk about it

The whole process has been seamless. I was guided and directed throughout, at no point did I feel unsure of the next step, of what was being asked for me. I would definitely recommend this process to anyone else.

Clear instructions and clear visuals. I wasn't able to use my phone so had to switch to laptop but it worked fine after that.

generally the experience was good, but there could have been more instructions on how to use the system to make the recordings. I prefer when the AI talks to me.

Could not ask for more excellent services. Bolt insight is a company that helps and enables other companies with advanced technology with easy steps

I like that you can have the ability to customise what price your willing to offer for a ride , however availability is nowhere compared to to other services like uber

Company is doing very well, the UI is very straightforward and intuitive.

I have a very bad experience of working with this comapny. I have completed 4 to 5 survays and received no rewards. Now its a new way of taking the feedback.

This is the purest form of scam there is. 30 minutes of surveys with absolutely no rewards.

Avoid!

I finished two surveys, and at the end it turned out I wasn't qualified hence ZERO rewards xDDDD

Dwa dni temu przez godzinę robiłam ankietę w formie czatu z ich strony, na którą zostałam przekierowana z ysense.com. Miałam dostać za nią ok. 4,64/4,68 $. Robiłam ją godzinę, uczciwie odpowiadałam na pytania, i nie dostałam ani grosza! Godzina zmarnowana na darmo. Widzę, że nie tylko ja zostałam oszukana, bo ktoś niżej napisał, że tak samo nie dostał wynagrodzenia. Więc pewnie to zwykłe oszustwo.

As a respondent I just had the worst experience imaginable on Chatbolt.

A study advertised as 35 minutes turned into well over 60 minutes because the chatbot repeatedly lied: at least 3–4 times it said “This really is the last question for today” and then immediately asked another 10+ questions. I answered everything carefully and in full detail, reached the final confirmation page… and in the very last second the entire session was rejected without any reason given.
That’s more than one hour of my life and the full payment simply stolen.

This isn’t a bug – it feels like deliberate exploitation to harvest free data while screwing participants out of their earnings.

I have screenshots of the whole thing and have already forwarded everything to consumer protection.
As someone who regularly chooses platforms for my company, I will make damn sure we NEVER work with Chatbolt. I will actively warn every colleague and partner about this scam.

Absolute trash platform. Stay away as a respondent AND as a company.
