BOC Gases Anmeldelser 

The British Oxygen Company has left the company I work for high and dry with deliveries of Oxygen. I'm not surprised that the cogs of industry turn extremely slowly within the UK when reliant on gases.
The new website customer service portal is unhelpful showing orders as delivered and nothing appears. The call handlers, mostly working from home doing the best they can, seem to have limited information as to delivery dates.

Periods of excellent delivery are spoilt by long drawn out periods of poor shipments with limited cylinders.

Very Poor Frustrating Experience.
Web site wouldn't take my order. Chat box thingy consumed hours of time. No conclusion.
Without me knowing or having order confirmation BOC converted a screen shot of my basket into an order.
When I found out, by looking at my online account, the web site order stated the order was delivered. Confused by the whole experience and needing certainties on delivery, It then took a 50 minute phone call, being passed about, to find out that the order was being processed and delivery could be expected. This is one bad experience lately.
If only there was an alternative to BOC

Avoid at any cost. Been renting cylinder for less than 3 months, however 4 invoices have been sent. Website must be made by kids, nothing working. Customer service doesn’t exist.

Appalling customer service for businesses. Unable to get through on the phone and very slow on Chat. I found a cheaper more responsive company

Very Expensive and Customer service is non existent, paid my balance, and unable to order or return 2 days later, website is a minefield to even try and speak with someone.

Unreal. Wrote a review previously after trying everything I could to get them to close my account down, but no dice. Whatever you do DO NOT use BOC. Firstly, they’re the most expensive-there will be a local supplier that will offer you a better deal and actually look after you. Secondly they are corrupt. How it works is that you set up a standing order or rental and they won’t close your account so you keep getting invoices.

BOC seem to be taking advantage of their near monopoly of the pressurised gas supply business in this country. The website is not intuitive, deliveries are delayed without any notification of issues and it takes ages to get through to anyone to find out what is going on. BOC get your act together!
Communication is key and these kind of systems can be automated - but only if staff can be bothered to input and update when there are issues.

Absolutely disgraceful told me I'm not allowed to use my oxygen expected me to go down stairs to turn machine on when my oxygen is at 84 % you are not qualified to give advice on my oxygen status the machine is there for my use and if I need to have the machine on over night then I wIll in fact you've made me worse

Always on the due date. Follow delivery instructions, polite and helpful.

very easy to use the website. agents at broxburn site are nicest guys I have ever had pleasure to work with. Only fault I can find is BOC themselves keep putting my account on hold, even though my account is always up to date and invoices paid well on time
