I wrote a review on my experience with this company, and then rather than issuing a refund or sending me the finished product as I asked, they held is hostage and refused to send me my product that I paid for until I removed my review. I didn’t comply, I went straight to PayPal to request my refund and had to sort it out through PayPal. Only until I escalated the situation did they finally issue my refund.

I'm absolutely 💯% satisfied with Bobblehead Craft!! The bobblehead of my husband is spot on! I love it! The communication with this company is amazing. I never felt worried as I waited for my bobblehead to arrive. I love the proof they email you to make changes. I made a couple of tweaks and the artist changed them just the way I asked and then sent another proof for my approval. It looks just like my husband!! I highly recommend Bobblehead Craft and will definitely do business with them again!!

Bobblehead craft did a marvelous job creating bobble heads from our recent wedding. The bobble heads came out very nice to add to our Mariners Baseball Team Collection. Way too cool!!!

Bobblehead received was an excellent likeness of my friend who will be receiving this Bobblehead as a 70th birthday gift. The proofing system is excellent and the communications answered all of my questions including changes I requested after receiving the Bobblehead initial proofing. Thank you Bobblehead crew! I had a bobblehead of my best friend made and her reaction to it was worth it. Although the face didn’t match we laughed it off and the artists of bobblehead craft have been super cooperative and were able to make a new head/face which I super appreciate. Every other detail of the bobblehead is spot on. They even included a tattoo of hers that she has which is my fav detail. Thank you so much

The Bobblehead actually came in and looks okay but the expedited shipping took over 4 weeks. My spam texts have increased 800%.

LOVE my new bobblehead piece!! Initially when I sent the picture of me and my husband, they nailed his bobblehead just about perfect but didn't quite nail mine. They offered to redo it for $40 which I negotiated down to $10 because it wasn't my fault. The second bobblehead annex they created of me was SPOT ON!! It was worth the extra $10 to get it just right. I did it as an early anniversary gift to my husband and he was SO AMAZED at how it came out. I even posted a pic on social media and my friends and family LOVED it!! I'm considering getting another piece done of us from one is our wedding pics!! It was a great shopping experience and customer service was EXCELLENT!! A+

From the beginning to the end of this process, I couldn’t be happier with the end results, and the company itself. Untrustworthy. Rip off. Will steal your money. I asked them to make some changes because it looked nothing like the photo we had sent. They needed an extra $30 to change it because it had been past the time for changes.m. The new head they sent me was an absolute joke. They elongated the forehead to look like a cone head like the actual cone heads movie, and the hair looked like a toupee. This was a definite joke for them, and a middle finger to me. For them to take an extra $30 from me on to make changes and be so disrespectful… this company doesn’t deserve to do business. They are the reason why Americans don’t trust Chinese companies. Don’t waste your time or money with this JOKE of a company. Their artists aren’t any good anyway.

I recommend this company for bobbleheads. I've ordered 3 at different times. They do a great job and for me a good prices.
I will purchasing more in the future.

I just received my order and it’s great! This is the second time I ordered a bobble head from this company and I am happy with the final results. But more importantly the customer service was helpful and responsive with my questions regarding the proofing. I recommend this company.

I ordered a bride and groom and the proof sent was ok for groom but bride was nothing like her so I said fix it. No further proof sent and the rejected one was sent after a long time and when I contacted them with my concerns they said pay to fix it, when I refused they started talking to me quite rudely. It was a costly waste of time. Very disappointed.

I ordered 11 bobbleheads as gifts for my groomsmen. They actually turned out really well for the most part--they did a good job matching the faces to the pictures I sent. A few things I wish I had known ahead of time:
1. This company is based in China so they struggle some with communicating in english via email. Also, be prepared for international fees on your credit card, I had not thought about that beforehand.
2. For all of my proofs, they sent a picture of the bobblehead before adding hair. There were a couple that I wish I had a proof of with hair, but they still look pretty good.
3. It takes a while to receive the bobbleheads, it was right at 4 weeks for me and I did not pay extra for the "Fast" shipping.

Overall, I'm very happy with how they turned out. I also got a 25% discount since I ordered a larger quantity. Ended up being a unique gift for my groomsmen that they can keep forever!

1st proof was sent, requested they fix the female figure and the male figure was fine. No other proof sent, item shipped, female figure looks awful. Asking me to pay to fix the head of female figure!!!!

Update. They finally gave in and sent me a new bobblehead. Not great but ok. My eyes look Asian on this one which was a problem they sort of fixed after I pointed it out on the first proof of the first bobblehead. They did it again but this time I don’t think I said anything because I was just over it and feeling like they were fed up with me so when I saw the skin seemed better I just said it’s fine. So the pink skin they lied and said they couldn’t do anything about was fixed this time. Overall not terrible and I have to appreciate the attempt to fix the issue so I’m changing my review from 1 star to 3 overall. I wouldn’t say stay away if the price is right I guess, but beware it’s probably not going to be as good as the pics/comparisons they show on the sight. My first bobble head, and I can’t say I did a ton of research before choosing bobble craft but it might be an ok way to go for the money. I think I paid a little under $80 total. Good luck.

Original. Received my bobble head with totally pink skin??? They emailed me the first proof and the face did not look like me so they redid it and didn’t ask for my approval the second time and just shipped it out. It’s very pink. They lie and try to blame lighting and not having total control over the colors. Complete lies. The first proof pic for approval they sent me had normal tan skin. They literally just try every lie they can to not fix the issue. Bad company to work with.

Dealing with Bobblehead was AMAZING! They created such an accurate depiction and paid 100% attention to detail! They kept in touch daily and always got back to me with what l asked for! I'm so excited to see the recipients reaction!
