Other then the waiting time, ( almost 2 months) they do a pretty good job with custom bobble heads per the picture you submit. The quality is great and the customer service responsive.

I ordered a couples set for some friends as a wedding gift and they loved it. Do know there is a bit of a language barrier with the company so the better quality photos you provide and the more communicative / clear you are, the better the product will be. They are handmade clay I believe and were really nice quality, and they got it to me very fast in time for the wedding which I appreciated. The heads don't bobble that much and the extra dog one I ordered was just okay but honestly they were still a hit and really looked like them so overall worth it!

The bobblehead I received was awesome! I gave them a tough task and they made it better than I ever expected. The skin tone is on point. The uniform has all the details and the basketballs in his outstretched hands are a nice bonus!! It took a bit longer than I expected and I did not receive a picture to proof before they made it, but those are minor details now that I see how amazing my bobblehead is. Customer service was quick to respond to the questions I sent and they were courteous and informative. Bobbleheadcraft.com has a customer for life. My grandson is going to love this and I can't wait to order my next surprise for someone!

I purchased one of these for my much loved nephew, he LOVED it. He said that I was the best Aunt ever.
The attention to detail was excellent. They included his baseball hat, gold chain, earrings, and he was holding a pile of money. You just tell them what you want and they can include it. Thanks so much.

Unfortunately, you have to give at least 1 star to give a review. I highly recommend you look elsewhere if you’re interested in having a bobble head made.
These people are THE WORST!!!!
I ordered an item for my parents anniversary. The website says, Unlimited Revisions.
That is a blatant lie!!! After they sent the first proof of the heads, they looked nothing like the photo I sent them. After I sent my changes over, they responded and said the artist will start on the changes I sent them.
A week later I get an e mail saying the product has shipped out.
I sent numerous e mails after I received the product. The heads were made from the original proof that I told them didn’t look at all like the photo.
I understand these aren’t going to be exact replicas but they should look a little like the photo you send them.
All they do is avoid your questions if you have a complaint.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
A 2nd grader could’ve created a better resemblance.

Second everyone else sentiments. Months and months of delay for a terrible product. Honestly either burn your money or have a go at making one yourself. Either outcome will be better than anything you get from these rip off merchants.

I finally after 2 months received my Bobble head- that does not bobble, really small and face looks like a man vs. the picture sent. They are AWEFUL and please do not use them.
They said they would pay shipping --- will have to wait for it to come from China I guess.

Avoid this company. Despite what the website looks like this company is in China. You will get crap products, crap service, and they do not care. Shipped me a defective bobble head and screwed me out if my money. Do not use this company.

Wouldn’t recommend buying. I purchased something on Feb 26th and have still yet to receive anything. The tracking number they give doesn’t even have any information of where it’s at. The worst customer service also.

Do not buy from this company. Absolute crap quality; and they do not care. They sent me a bobblehead the looked horrible, the head doesn't bobble, and the back of the head was incomplete; like they just stopped in the middle of making the head. They will not refund and do not care. They offered to make me another head if I paid $30 in shipping. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO! This is literally the first negative review I have felt needed to be written on a company and I will write one everyday until they refund my money.

BEWARE! Do not buy from this company! I should have looked at the reviews beforehand because I had the same AWEFUL experience. My purchase came broken. The hand broke and the barbell fell. I cannot give it as a gift as intended. I contacted them. They had no solution and they refused to refund. They just said “forgive me.” Wasted $150.

I wouldn’t have order if I had known it was coming from China because it was a birthday present. I ordered it a month before her birthday and it didn’t come 2 weeks after, but that’s on me since mailing has been slower.

None of the friends could say that there is at least something in common between a photo I sent and the Bobblehead I received and, of course, the person for whom I have ordered this bobblehead also said that there is no likeness at all... But they answered quite fast to my emails, they sent the ready example, but all my requests for corrections have not been made. Money to the drain...

I would never have ordered if I knew they were Chinese. Been waiting 6 weeks. They claimed it was delivered but it never was. Ripped me off for over $150. It’s a scam. BUYER BEWARE.

Worst experience ever!!! I ordered in September 2021. When I reviewed an email with photo to review I told them the hair color and facial hair color were wrong. They stated it would be corrected. When I received the item in October it was completely wrong and looked NOTHING like the photo!!! They did not listen to anything I said or requested. I began the email process of getting this corrected. They refused to remake the whole doll but agreed to make a head. After 2 months of arguing the head arrived. It cannot be put on the doll!!! I could not remove the current head to replace with the new one. The spring holding the old head to the doll cannot be removed and attached to the new head. I missed giving this as a Christmas gift and I am out over 150.00. This company is a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

If I could give no stars to this company, I would. I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but I had to. I had two separate orders from them. One of the products took OVER TWO MONTHS because THEY did not input my apartment number into their system. I contacted them multiple times through email to explain how I needed it before Christmas (I had ordered it on Black Friday) and they would respond days later. To make matters worse, they would not even help me direct my package to the right place when it was their mess up and my package got sent back to them. Once I finally received the product, it looked NOTHING like the photo I submitted. I contacted them once again with the photos I had originally submitted and the product I received. They told me that I had already agreed to the "proof" photo they sent me and that there would be no refund. The only photo they send is when the product is first being made and they don't send you a final photo to see if you're happy with the product. They then advised me that if I wanted them to redo the product, I had to pay the "materials fee and freight of $40". That wouldn't even guarantee that the product would come out correctly. I had paid so much money for my order and I couldn't even give my loved one a Christmas gift because of how bad it was. This company has no concept of customer service or customer satisfaction. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

This is a Chinese company as displayed on their contact page: Zhili Rui Technology Co., LTD, Shenzhen. So I did not expect much from them in regards to communication. However, their English is so poor that customizing a complex product does not work out properly. We could not get the product to a level where I would be satisfied with the likeness. It takes long time for them to reply emails and if they reply emails, they seem to not understand instructions. The money spent on this gift is now down the drain.
