I thought I would get better service & pricing from a Marine outfitter if it were closer to my home town & state. Kodiak, Alaska. That wasn't the case. Neither Washington or Oregon state marine outlets could out preform Boat Specialists out of California..They got my new Achilles HB270-AL shipped out to my freight forwarder with a couple of days. I got my raft in 9 days it was awesome service. Raft arrived palatalized & packaged perfectly to prevent damage, and is holding air just like it should.

I bought an inflatable two years ago and recently a new Tohatsu outboard. No matter what the situation is your staff is always helpful! I have had contact with several of your staff from sales and service and they always showed interest in my challenge or needs.

I ordered a new 2.5 Yamaha for my canoe. It arrived quickly and was packed perfectly. The shipper called me for delivery instructions.I called them with questions about my extended warranty, and got good answers promptly. I’m very happy and excited to use the motor!
