Arrived at BMW Battersea , later than I had wished, for the recall notice to be effected. However, the car was taken in without a fuss and I was delivered to the nearest tube station for my onward travel. Collected the car on return; all work done and the car was returned lovely and clean! Good service and very helpful people.

Did not do the specific work that I asked for, and overcharged me for something I completely didn’t need; made me pay for a whole ignition barrel and tank lock instead of just ordering a copy of my key. (I know he could have just got me a key because I spoke to Lind Motorrad Welwyn and they told me it’s possible) Then during the month that it was in the workshop I was told that the technician had dropped plastic in my fuel tank so it was there another week to order a replacement part. I found damages on my bike when I picked it up, and when I asked Robbie to purchase an exhaust nut he recommended that I went down the road to a parts shop. Overall I am really dissatisfied with the whole service provided to me. I must say I love BMW bikes and I can’t fault the physical products they provide, but I don’t think I’ll ever buy one again simply due to my experience with after sales.

Would highly recommend Jordan at Park Royal. Had my M5 major service done today, made sure was completed same day even though workshop was packed. Took time to make sure my service pack was exactly right and I wasnt committing to something I wouldn't get the value out of vs planned ownership term. Great service.

Thanks Ben and Krystall. It took almost a year to get my Brooklyn Baby (not a fault of Park Lane mind - more the extended order times for any car these days) but you guys saw me through this time with a (albeit via e-mail and phone) smile and helpfulness. Great job!

Abby is absolutely amazing, she always remembers me and I always feel a huge sense of relief when I know she is looking after me. I appreciate the kindness and help of all the staff when recognising my disability needs. BMW Battersea in my opinion is the best service centre. Big thanks to the staff at BMW Battersea for managing to fit me in for some emergency work and a new tyre despite being fully booked for the next six weeks. Robbie Masters in particular has always been super helpful and on this occasion went the extra mile in squeezing me in among their hectic schedule. Highly recommended.

This is the first place I have visited to have my car serviced and will be the last because it is the closest garage to where I currently live and customer service of staff was great

Not a good experience; poor communication, little customer consideration and slow. I gave up on trying to phone through and they are avoidant of making phone calls. While they responded fairly promptly to my emails, not once did they call or email spontaneously although I had asked to be called with updates.
After 5 weeks they informed that due to delays receiving parts I would have to wait a further 2-3 weeks for repairs. All my plans for biking to Europe were scrapped. Then their next working day they sent me an email saying that my bike was ready.
Other gripes include taking a week to estimate repair cost, listing a £300 part needing replacement when it did not need replacing, offering apologies for bad service but not offering restitution (ie courtesy bike, discount or anything meaningful.
To be fair they are always courteous and friendly but it just feels corporate fake after this experience.
My bike was stolen and it was pure luck and good policing that I got it back. These guys fitted the tracker lazily and the thieves found it and ripped it out within seconds, and then when I took my bike in for theft damage repairs their poor responsiveness left me feeling almost as frustrated as when I knew my bike was being stolen.

Sometimes people don’t give credit to people when they’ve had good service but the service I received from bmw battersea should be recognised. Particularly Abby strawson who always looks after me.

Absolute bang on service here. Dropped off the car, did the paperwork with Jordan, then i was collected and taken to the tube. Seamless service. Big 10 points :)
