Jordan provided an excellent service throughout, though £460 for a run-in service on my M4 is too expensive!

Excellent welcome by Robbie and the team, offered a coffee and was asked if I’d like to leave my crash helmet and jacket for safe keeping for the day to save me carrying it. Was offered a lift to the station which was great also as I couldn’t get a courtesy bike. The service and communication was good with a video of my bike, and a fault that was identified and repaired under warranty.

She is extremely knowledgeable, thought me a lot about my BMW and gave me comfort to talk about my car and learn even more of its functions. I am grateful to be greeted by her in my first visit to BMW servicing department in Park Royal

Can't fault the service at BMW Motorrad Battersea, from the moment you arrive at the gates and are checked in, till the time you leave and the cheery goodbye. Booked my K16 in for a 24k service. I'd imagined it would be completed in a day. Robbie checked what was required and quickly informed me, in advance, that it would be a longer job, and knowing I hadn't booked a loan bike, was happy to provide one free of charge. Once the service was underway, Robbie kept me informed of any additional work required and the respective cost. As the bike needed some parts from Germany, the job actually took 2 weeks to complete but that was no big deal, as I still had the loan bike. On collection, Robbie advised that due to the delay in getting the bike back to me, they were reducing the bill as compensation. A nice and very welcome touch. I can't imagine a similar response from my local Motorrad dealer and this experience means that not only will I consider booking my next service with BMW Battersea but I would definitely recommend them to others. Well done Robbie and team.

Have been ordering parts from BMW Park Royal for over a year now and I shall say that the service I have received from here does not even compare to other car brands who a majority of the time are not even bothered to help. However here at BMW, Dan is always happy to help me with my orders and goes the extra mile all the time.

Great service quality by BMW and more specifically Robbie. He always solves all issues quickly and he is extremely responsive.

I had my mini put in for a MOT as I walked in I was greeted by a very welcoming man named Mark he showed to the front desk offered me a Refreshment and made polite conversation.

It’s people like Mark who greet customers which make BMW a first class brand which offers a 1st class service to clients.

David, I thought that I would send you this follow up email by way of thanks for the recent purchase and ongoing care supplied by you in the deal.
As you know we had a problem with the i3 not charging for which you advised me to contact BMW assist.
Their response was excellent, with an engineer on the drive within an hour and a half. He managed to do a temporary repair so I could charge the car and arranged for the i3 to be delivered to a BMW dealership (Cotswold Cheltenham) the next day, which I did.
BMW assist then contacted me to arrange a replacement hire car to be ready on my arrival the next day at Cheltenham, and this was indeed there on time for me to drive back home after I had charged and delivered our car for repair.
Cotswold then repaired the car charging point the next day and I then went back to them the following day in the hire car again to retrieve it and then drive my car home.
I was delighted with the help, support and service I received from everyone involved at BMW, and it was a pleasure dealing with you all.
I would also like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for all your expert friendly help during the whole process of purchasing the car and the after care I have received including the full written manual that has now arrived which I requested.

Very good experience from start to finish starting with the guys checking the cars on the car park and the lady in the reception and especially Jordan
She is very polite, knowledgeable and really professional on what she doing and managing customers expectations

Has anyone experienced buying car mats from Park Lane BMW? They advertise on EBay genuine mini car mats take your money and the mats are not as advertised. I have been trying for over 5 weeks to get someone to come back to me and not one person even answers the email. Have I been tricked? Has this happened to anyone else and if so did you manage to sort it?

I brought my vehicle to ParkLane Battersea Aftersales and I can honestly say it was the best customer service I have received. Linda was profession yet carried a warm and friendly approach which puts you at ease that you ( the customer) do indeed come first , she kept me fully updated and I felt confident my vehicle was being looked after in a timely manner. If I could give more stars I would .

Fantastic service from Jordan Mullan. Offered a keen price for oil change service. Kept me informed about my car and was ready when she said it would be. Cleaned inside and out as well. Would thoroughly recommend using BMW Park Royal for all your service requirements.

Customer service is a bit of a joke. I booked an appointment for a test drive, showed up and then waited 30min with no update whatsoever on when I would be served. After that time I left as I had other things to do. My next car won’t be from that dealership…
