I’ve used BM Specialists twice over the past two years once for a turbo replacement and once for a drive chain replacement. Both time all the staff were fantastic I will never take my bmw anywhere else again. Would highly recommend these guys for anything bmw related. Very trustworthy and honest garage.

Transmission and diff service and oil change has made the car noticeably smoother on performance ….feels like a new car !!

A great BMW specialist, they got my E92 M3 sorted out in no time. New rear shocks, an engine management warning light issue, windscreen washers not working all an MOT failure. All this sorted out and a MOT obtained for me at a very reasonable price. They even washed my car. Great service

I called this morning and explained my problem with a warning light on the dash. I thought that it may be a fault that just needed to be cleared, but I asked if they could check. They quoted a reasonable price and said they could look at it later that day. I dropped in with the car within a few minutes, a diagnostic tool had been plugged in, checked the warning light, and cleared the fault. Delighted, I went to give my card details only to be told there was no charge. I cannot express my gratitude for this prompt and efficient service. I would highly recommend.

Having owned my current F11 535D for almost 6 years, my existing specialist garage had unfortunately failed to correctly diagnose and fix an intermittent problem with my car going into limp mode for the last 10 months. After taking the decision to have a fresh set of eyes to look at my car and reading the reviews of BM Specialist in Letchworth, I decided to let them have a look. After a detailed discussion on the telephone I was hopeful that they were the right people to have a look at this problem. Chris and Amir took a logical approach and found the problem, fixed it and thoroughly road tested the car. I was truely amazed that they were able to fix this car so efficiently after all the head scratching by another specialist for 10 months. The car also received an oil and filter change and to be quite honest, the car probably feels better now than it has ever done. Absolutely delighted with their attention and service to my car. Also, my bill was a fraction of what I had previously spent trying to get this problem rectified. Chris and Amir are now officially my BMW garage! Thank you both so very much.

Amin and the team at BM Specialists are true professionals, they are very knowledgeable and helpful and have taken great care of my project M5, I would not hesitate to recommend them if you're looking for an independent shop. Well what can I say, as tagline says 'in pursuit of perfection' Amin and the team at BM Specialists certainly embrace and even exceed this business ethic. I have used dealers in the past, but none come close to what BM Specialists offer in terms of service and value.

All independents I have used before are now charging more than dealer prices as they have grown and become more established losing that personal touch. This is not the case with Amin who was there to answer my many questions and provided an incredibly special feel to my vehicle servicing experience. It was well worth the 50-mile journey. I was invited into the workshop to view the work he has carried out and he advised on potential ‘lookouts’ and advised accordingly.

A meticulous attention to detail, a second to none customer service, open communication, honesty, and transparency is what sets BM Specialists above and beyond all its competitors. Would never take my pride and joy anywhere else again. Well done Amin and team.

Great specialist for my bmw, always has great prices does the job to Bmw spec without Bmw prices.
Uses Bmw parts and oil for servicing my car.
Has a lot of knowledge and will give great advice.
Have recommended this garage to several people and I am always happy to travel a few miles so I can have a great mechanic Look after my car.
