I recently experienced truly exceptional customer service. German was absolutely outstanding, and I believe he is very deserving of a raise. He was remarkably polite and addressed all of my inquiries thoroughly and clearly. Thank you, German, for your excellent assistance.

Very poor customer service. I have been trying to pay off my loan online, but the platform never works when I attempt to make the full payoff payment. When I call customer service, the automated system says the wait time will be 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting over 40 minutes. They do not have Spanish-speaking representatives available, and the English-speaking agents are very difficult to understand. Overall, it has been a frustrating experience. I do not recommend this company.
