Luis is the name of the gentleman that assisted me. He was very courteous, efficient and made the process really easy. The only thing I dont like is that I was told that I could not directly speak with the person (Luis) who was handling my application and that calls are not transferred to them. I just think that is the most ridiculous thing ever. But other than that. THANK YOU LUIS for making this process as easy as possible and for being nice when I asked questions.

This would now be my 2nd instance with BMG Money where they have falsely reported to the credit bureaus regarding the integrity of my account. The staff is disgraceful, when I ask to speak to managers they say they’ll call back and never do. Plus, they have the audacity to conjure attitudes instead of rectifying the issues which they only corrected after I reported them to the CFPB. I wouldn’t recommend this company to an enemy and I’m convinced the positive reviews have to doctored . Stay away from this company !

BMG has been such a great lender from day one. They do notify you when your eligible to refinance your loan as well as special offers invitation only. They acknowledge your consistent and timely payments. My underwriter Rodolfo was very fast getting my approval done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend BMG.
