A company that has no stock - They are basically the middle man. Don't use, instead go to a company that shows live stock.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay on the item you had ordered and any frustration caused. We do not have a live stock system unfortunately and if an item has not been ordered for 6 months for example we can come across a situation where we do not have the item ordered and there is a delay in getting it from our supplier.
I can see there was confusion in the email sent advising it was out of stock and your response appears to have been based on the email saying it was due in 2-3 working with the delayed date. Please rest assured that we will review this item to make sure the advised stock levels are more accurate on our website and we will review the emails sent for these delays to see if we need to make the new arrival date more clearer.

The salesperson sold me the wrong items, and now they’re refusing to accept the return, saying I’m one day past the return period. I’m not an electrician, so I only realised the mistake when he pointed it out to me.

We may make allowances for this however if the item has not been used and you still have the original packaging. Very helpful and efficient team, great service, packing and delivery. Given 4 not 5 because I was lead into ordering incandescent bulbs when I searched and wanted LED. It did say on page 2 of the description but who reads that much detail about a bulb! The team fixed the problem efficiently but it did cost me double postage. I would use again but would take great care to read ALL the info about the item.

Good light delivered in reasonable time
Lighting tube was delivered by Royal Mail within 5 days of ordering. Usually I receive a text from them giving the date and time band for delivery. I would have preferred that procedure to have been followed in this case.

I ordered some floodlights in…
I ordered some floodlights in December….
6 months down the line and they still hadn’t arrived (occasionally received the odd email communicating more delays) so I have now cancelled the order.
In fairness to the company their customer services team were all friendly and helpful and did offer alternatives (different colours or wattages) but I don’t understand how they can advertise a product and take peoples money for half a year without being able to fulfil the order.
