These should be negative infinite star for them.the divkheaddesi employee writing 5 start review. They will do best to charge $100.00. CORRUPT AND SICK BLS. There is no hope from them. Welcome to desi garbage.

Tips...
Please book your appointment (not lounge one... because security ask if anyone does have appointment confirmed letter ... make sure to go and tell him you do) early at least month prior this can be first step to save money. Like it takes 1 month to get a day. Lol try to book 2nd appointment with different way too. Secondly, Get your application full with all postal codes etc and details similar to your passport. Bring all proofs and photo copies. Fill forms completely. If they say there is something wrong... ask them what corrections needed (marked by the lady telling you or ask her to write it for you as proof and missing doc required) and fix your application for your next appointment. Hope in 2 visits you can get things done.
They will always tell you the photos aren't correct. Don't waste money anywhere. Get them from BLS if completed application accepted (without paying them asked BRIBE). Lol their photographer's skills aren't impressive at Lol. They click photos with potato!

Zalak helped me a lot with my passport surrender service. Service was very fast and effective.

Dhruwanshi helped me process the passport surrender certificate application. She was extremely helpful and polite. My application had a barcode issue due to a technical error, Dhruwanshi was very helpful, professional and helped me guide through the entire process. Thank you for all the help. We need more people like her in the BLS office.

The Worst Service..I went to Bls Surrey location today. the Security person is very rude, and it is pity that, Security person also have right to cancel appointment (Premier lounge service).There is no help desk and no other person to take care of anything and guidance.

Review might sound like "Client Frustration" hence I am putting facts (plus logic into consideration). This is for BLS Ottawa
1. Totally no logic in BLS process walk-ins: They do NOT have token system. So all you do is wait in a room and someone will say "Next" and you don't when you are Next.
2. They insist you on taking the delivery service. Dude, did you not see while checking my application that I've put Ottawa address, then why on earth will I choose delivery. Money making - clearly is the only motive.
3. Nowhere in the form (Passport surrender/OCI) it is specified that for a minor application there is an NOC by both parents required. But when you go there, they will say please fill out this form which needs both parents Photos (if you dont have pics then good luck, go back and come again). If this is needed why the is it not specified in the application.
4. For OCI they accept only bank draft as payment, this is again not clearly (and boldly) specified while filling the form.
5. The photo you upload on OCI application must be the same that you take while submitting application. Totally useless. Then why make one upload the pic or why ask for the photo at time of application. This is totally babugiri; reminds me of India.
6. For OCI you need "Professional details of the applicant"; this is so vague. It logically means they need your company address details and your position. But what they need is a signed letter from you HR. What??? Then why dont you use Employment verification letter when specifying documents needed.
7. As if the above was not enough, suddenly the govt. must have realized that people who have surrendered their citizenship must still be having their voter's id (and ration card) and some of them are misusing it to vote. So now they need you to surrender your voter id (nothing about people who have already received their OCI and still have voter id). Also a poor mistake on govt. of India for not having any link between the voter's id and citizenship.
So if you never had voter's id and you tell this to BLS guys (or girls) they are like are you sure?? And then they will give you a third class word created form in which you declare that you never had voter's id and says in fancy words that if you are found to have one then you might be banned from travelling to India. Logic: If the govt can verify that (I dont believe so but lets say they can), then why not automatically cancel one's voter id upon getting foreign citizenship? And if you sign this form the BLS agent will ask: Are you sure you dont have one?? "Bhai Stamp paper pe likh ke du kya?" I signed you fancy declaration, right?

Just 2 suggestions:
1. Make clear unambiguous rules (your office is in Canada, learn from their system).
2. Train your employees properly (most of the times they are asking from each other just like I have seen part time cashiers at store who have just joined). See how the experience is when visiting service Canada or Service Ontario (and also private organizations here).

Absolutely share this with BLS as well as with Indian Embassy/Consulate.

Also take the feedback in constructive way instead of retaliating against clients.

Worst experience.. First they will say walk in is already done we have already taken 40 people today… then if you call customer service for appointment.. they will say you should opt for postal services… its 60$ more then regular one.. then they will say there is wrong information and make excuses for this.. Then they will say for premium lounge.. Charge 100$ extra but still you have to wait for 2 hours even if you are paying 100 extra… After then they will say your application has this error and all the bulshit… They will give excuses like staff shortage.. but when you will visit there somebody is on lunch before 1PM.. Moreover let me clear there are no walk ins.. its just a scammer to charge extra from everyone

I had a wrong notion going through the reviews provided for BLS. However I would say that the services provided at BLS Toronto is awesome. I met Milli at the counter and she helped me throughout the process. Such a wonderful experience as the process went really smooth. Thanks a lot Milli.

Absolutely the worst client service on the planet. Hand down! Rude, untrained and ignorant staff. They are understaffed and guaranteed they will find a reason to make you take another day off work to go see them. Want to provide feedback by email? Forget it, no such option. Want to call HCI to speak with them? Forget it, never got an answer after over 10 calls. Leaving a message is pointless. They will NOT call you back. I could not select the applicables dates if my service. One was Feb 2022 and it be was June 2024

If I could give zero stars, I would. BLS international is, without a doubt, the most profit-driven, soulless operation I have ever encountered. Their sole purpose seems to be squeezing every last penny from people, with absolutely zero regard for actual service or efficiency.

1. **Hidden and Excessive Fees**: Be prepared for hidden charges and outrageous fees at every turn. From "administrative" fees to so-called "premium" services that they strongly imply are required, it's clear they prioritize profits over transparency.

2. **Incredibly Slow Process**: Expect to wait months with zero updates. Calls and emails go unanswered, and if by some miracle you do reach someone, they’re unhelpful and condescending. If they can find a way to delay your application, they will—especially if it means you’ll need to pay extra to “expedite” things.

3. **Lack of Communication**: Their customer service is a nightmare. You're lucky if you get any response at all, and when you do, it’s robotic and dismissive. They treat you like an inconvenience, even though you're paying them a small fortune.

4. **Unnecessary Complications**: They create needless complications in an already complex process, seemingly just to justify their fees. It feels like they’re more interested in making sure you have to come back multiple times (and pay more) than actually helping you get through the process smoothly.

If you have any other option, do yourself a favor and avoid this visa office at all costs. It’s clear they are far more interested in lining their pockets than in offering the quality service they claim to provide. An absolute disgrace to the concept of public service.

Amazing Service given first time ever from BSL , Sukh gave us amazing amazing service with OCI application for our kids.

This company runs a well organized scam. I had a minor error in the surrender application so we were forced to leave or buy the premium service. We bought the premium service. When we went back for the OCI application, I had quadruple checked the requirement and printed the forms to make sure I don't have to pay the premium charges. Guess what? Everything was correct but she kept arguing that my name is not in the same order as my passport. It was exactly the same. Then she started arguing about something else, at that point I just gave the premium charges as I could not deal with their dishonesty in scamming more money out of people. FYI for all that are trying to apply for OCI, don't bother just take your documents and go and sit there and make them work for the money they going to scam out of you no matter what. Be prepared to loose extra $100!

I wish I could give negative rating. The experience was more than worst, it's such a shame that Canada does not have any other entity than BLS. The employees as so rude and ready to jump on fight even if you will ask a general question. I went to mississauga branch in GTA area and seriously I never had such a bad experience in my life. I think they are representing very bad picture of India here. Shame on you guys, shame on you!!!!!

They even dont deserve one start rating .They are big scammer and untrustworthy people. If you make appointment get ready to wait for 2 hours and they will decline your application for minor error . after 2 hours waiting , you will be asked for book for premium lounge because you cannot use the laptop to fix the application because of their f***** privacy law. Shamed on them !!!!!

Paid money for lounge service. Still did not get service. Rude staff. Went out to take a document. Made to wait again. Horrible place

They forced me to take premium lounge service and do not even have common sense to provide with tracking number of the shipment date and time of delivery of the passport.
