Scammers
Scammers - they will forcefully try to find 'mistakes' (The Indian government does not care if your postal code has a space in it or not) on your application so they can re-fill it for a fee or upsell to you. They will initially be nice to you, but if you refuse to pay for any of their add on services their tone will change.
This needs to be investigation by the Canadian Business Bureau.

Just terrible
Just terrible. So firstly the security makes all decisions whether or not you are allowed in the building based on god knows what knowledge?! Their online appointment system dates back to 1900s where i have been trying to cancel a past appointment for 5 hours now because it doesnt allow me to set a new appointment without cancelling prior one. The security dont have basic decency or coutesy to answer questions. No signs or postings anywhere to let people know what is the process!

Unfair Practices and Misleading Promotion of Premium Services by BLS International Canada
It’s disappointing to see the constant push for premium services while standard applications are often denied without clear justification. The Indian consulate should consider reviewing its partnership with this documentation service provider company, as such practices reflect poorly on the overall visas, passport, PCC applications and many more service experiences. These actions not only cause inconvenience but also damage the reputation of Indian institutions abroad. A serious review and potential replacement of this service provider are warranted.

The worst service i have ever seen in…
The worst service i have ever seen in my whole life. Im living in UAE and their services are the best in the world. My friend wanna come to dubai for marriage and she wanna renew her passport but this people are not willing to help. They always taking so much time. I don’t know why they think that everyone is free like them, people have work so they can stay one or two hours. I wish one day canada can hire a new franchise for this visas so people can get rid of this slow service.

They haven’t uploaded my file from a month
I visited there personally and paid money to fill out my application a month ago and my application has not been uploaded by them yet. This is not it, i had a lot to say specifically that uncle who did my application, literally took an hour bcz he was boasting about his own life the all time he was working, now i can’t call them or visit due to far distance. Not sure what to do for such irresponsible behaviour and employees.

I am at the BLS office
I am at the BLS office. People are frustrated and have been waiting for their appointments for a long time. I am here today for the fifth time. Staffs are trying to do everything they can but its frustrating to wait and then sent out after waiting for the whole day. Request the management to take some action on this. Get more staffs. There is only 1 staff for each application (pcc, visa, passport, oci) . It will not be enough for the number of appointments provided.

Unnecessary fees
They just find unnecessary issues in your application and charge you extra $100 for it. For instance, they said foreign passport number is required but when I told them it is not mandatory on the form provided on the website, they still told me it is required and I have to fill the application again and take a new appointment which may not be available for 2-3 weeks so better to pay $100 for premium service, they will fill it up for you. Indian govt really needs to look into it

Worst experience in BLS
I don’t want to give even a one start service as well. This is the wordy service experience I have ever seen in my life. There’s is a lot of corruption going at BLS. For just one small mistake, they made to change to premium longue service and waited me there for 2 hours. Normal application fee is 117.7 as mentioned in the website, but they charged me 218$ in total, saying that 178$ is the application fee and 40$ is for the person who again filled the application. But at the end when they are giving receipts, they gave two receipts one as 118.8 for application fee and 100 for premium lounge fee. This is the different type of scam they are doing and taking money from all people. I am thinking to give a complaint to the police and resolve these kind of scams.
