Went to the Dundee store this morning…
Went to the Dundee store this morning looking for a backpack. Jony was very kind and helped me in choosing the right one for me. He was also very good in helping me with a women’s Blisco II Jacket. My size was not available in store, but he went through the trouble of ordering my size and colour online for me. Truly grateful for the overall service. Definitely recommend paying them a visit. Excellent customer service.

Great boots, great price, great service
They had the boots I was looking for in the right size, in store. Not everyone stocks many half-sizes. Helpfully assisted by Lisa. She checked if there was an online discount, which there was, and applied it. Very happy with my new Salamon Quests

Friendly, patient and helpful staff
The store assistant Lisa was most patient and helpful. I am a tall person and my options for having clothing to fit a limited. Lisa spent time to look for sizes and gave me some varying alternatives in a very patient and informative manner. I would definitely recommend this store for good quality items and friendly and helpful staff.

Wanted a pair of hiking boots, the sales assistant, Lisa, was really helpful; she went and searched out a pair of the type I wanted from the store room, gave me plenty of time to try them on, and was pleasant and helpful throughout. I would recommend the store based on the great service I received.
