Blacks - Dundee Anmeldelser

I was wanting to buy a pair of walking shoes. George was patient, helpful and gave appropriate information as I made my decision (also bore with me in a change of mind about taking the items on offer accompanying the sale!). Very satisfied with my experience as a customer and with my purchase.

The black employee's in Dundee, were very professional. They were very informative about the product I purchased, they were all a credit to the company!👍

Looking for a good quality waterproof jacket with breathability. Provided with good advice and a good decision made. No hard sell. Well worth the visit.

I was looking for a replacement for my techinical outer shell rain jacket. I received fantastic service from Olga. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the jackets and answered all my questions and we eventually found the perfect replacement. Great service and prices.

Lisa at the Dundee store was so helpful today getting some boots sorted for my wee girl, great service and just went out of her way to get us the right product.

Lisa was very helpful and allowed me to try several pairs of boots without any pressure on time

All staff were polite and helpful.
Lisa asked what we were looking for and let us look alone until we needed her.

Lisa served me today, most helpful. Purchased exactly what I was looking for. On my way very promptly.

Staff was most helpful, not pushy for a sale, informative and offered appropriate alternatives.
Friendly, polite and excellent communicator.

My wife and l bought walking boots yesterday, Ewan served while dealing with another lady, so helpful and polite a rare combination these days. Top man.

I hate shopping. I hate shopping for shoes with a vengeance. Jony not only made it bearable, he made it enjoyable. I can't believe I am saying this!! Well done.

Excellent service from door ware staff member.

Got myself a first ever pair of hiking shoes there!

Staff member - Liza, was extremely lovely, friendly and helpful. The store in itself is very cozy, I felt very welcome.

Selection of shoes is a bit small, but in the end - I got the model that I really enjoyed and for the great price as well.

Would definitely recommend checking them out. Especially, if you a newbie to outdoors activities like me)

The store had a great selection of walking boots and with the expert guidance of Jony I feel confident I made the best choice. Friendly and a mine of useful information

Great job from the guys in store today! Needed last minute shoes, socks & rain jacket and advice! Guys were very friendly and helpful. There is always something from the half price when you make a purchase range that would be useful I find too! Thanks!

I had to return a tent I bought online from Millets which was damaged on delivery.
Staff were brilliant as they had the same one in stock, the exchange was quick, efficient and they were so helpful!
Wish I'd gone there right from the start!

Lisa, the assistant serving me, was
helpful, friendly and efficient. She fetched three pairs of walking shoes
for me to try and was patient and made useful suggestions while I tried them on and then chose some walking socks. Very satisfied with the service and the product: Peter Storm Buxton walking shoes.

Lisa was very helpful in helping me pick out the item that I purchased. Extremely friendly and made my whole shopping experience at Black’s so enjoyable.

Bought a pair of hiking trainers. Lisa was very patient and helpful, while dealing with another customer at the same time! She also ensured that I got the maximum discount available. Full marks for customer service!

Service was ok. Realised after leaving the store that the jacket I bought was 20% cheaper with Blacks online. Quite a significant difference. So maybe check online before buying in the store.
