In your case, we understand that you had requested a discounted payoff for your Line of Capital. While we appreciate your interest in settling the balance early, the terms of the discount program are clearly outlined, including a 60-day eligibility window. At the time of your request, that window had unfortunately passed, and we were no longer able to apply the discount.
As communicated previously, your account has since been closed in full, and we’ve provided confirmation of that directly to you.
We welcome honest feedback, and we’re always open to having a respectful conversation should you wish to discuss the situation further. Our team is here to support business owners and to provide responsible financing solutions that are sustainable for both sides.
