I have been a repeat customer and terms were awful. When I got the funds my payment drafted 1 day after receipt of funds. I was told this would be rectified and never had it taken care of

According to our records, NewCo Capital Group (our US division) only had the opportunity to service your business on a single occasion (April 16, 2021). We have no record of any pending requests or unresolved issues related to that account, and it was closed in good standing.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re frustrated, and we understand how sensitive these situations can feel.
To clarify, your account entered legal proceedings after payments were stopped in 2023. Our team made multiple attempts to work with you, but unfortunately, the agreement was not honored. As a result, your account proceeded to collections in accordance with the terms of the original contract.
Regarding the final payment, any funds applied were done so through the standard process and aligned with the outstanding balance owed at the time, including any associated legal or administrative costs.
We understand this may not be the outcome you hoped for, and we remain available should you wish to revisit or resolve any part of this directly with our team.
