Birthday in a Box Anmeldelser 

I have emailed you regarding my order and haven’t gotten a response. I ordered containers and no tissue or wrap was placed around the containers. They were just thrown inside the box along with the other things I ordered. Obviously, they arrived completely broken.
UPDATE: not sure if the email or review got to them but I was sent another package with replacement containers overnight just in time for party. ! Thanks

Normally I would have given 5 stars. I have used this company plenty of times in the past and have been impressed with them, however this time I'm missing several items from my order. There is no phone number to contact someone anymore, only email so I have emailed twice and still haven't heard back from anyone concerning my order. Very disappointed this time around may not use Birthday in a box again☹

Missing items. E mailed customer service multiple times no answer.

Very easy and convenient! I had an item missing and found out it was out of stock. Was able to email and got a different item in place of original item. I will have a very happy soon to be 6yo!

It was fast and easy to order, and was pleasantly surprised when my shipment arrived the next day!

I sent an email haven’t heard anything I did not receive all my items I paid for.

I ordered a lot of the Paris plates some of them came with out being in plastic and then the balloons had cuts and them I emailed them and no response

My order was suppose to have 12 items but only received one
No one has yet to respond to my email

Items came loosely in a large box where the packages ripped easily. Missing some items and can not get a person on the phone. Sent email and still haven't heard back from them.

I was a little nervous to order from here after reading some reviews but I took a risk and I am extremely satisfied. I did not order any personalized items or have any reason to deal with customer service so I cannot review those parts of the company. What I did order was received after only a few days and it’s a great quality and condition. I got most of it on sale cheaper than I would’ve paid on Amazon or party city and it seems to be of better quality.

Really terrible experience. I put my apt number on the shipping information and shipping label did not have it for some reason and due to that, my package was not delivered. It was sent back to birthday in a box. I have sent 2 emails with no response. There’s also no phone number to attempt to call to get it resolved either.

Arrived quick just what I expected

I read multiple bad reviews about the packaging being incorrect, missing things, but I ignored it and ordered from here anyways. When I received my package I was missing multiple things as well. Contacted them days ago and still no reply. Don’t trust.

The Daniel Tiger decorations and supplies I ordered for my son’s first birthday are so perfect. They are beyond cute, affordable, and there were so many options! I was not expecting to find all of this and I’m so excited for the party!

The pricing for everything is great. The quality is amazing and shipping was fast. I got everything I wanted for my son's birthday

I ordered 2 order of green mini canteen. 12 come in the order so all together should of gotten 24. I am missing 11 Mini green canteens. I emailed but no response. Still waiting on response or the remaining missing items. If I would gotten all the items that I pay for then it would be a better review. I would like the items I paid for or my refund for the items I didn't get

Delivered early. Paper plates were a bit cheep and the hang sign I could not even use. It was ripped right out of the package and the piece was missing so I could not even tape it together. The plastic cups were awesome. The plastic silverware was good quality also and the table cloths were thin but worked well.

Two boxes of suckers are missing from my order. I sent an email to customer service and still have not received a response

I was happy with most of the items I received and contacted customer service about the damaged and incorrect items I received. They promptly sent replacement items, however, I received the same incorrect items in the replacement package. I have contacted customer service multiple times about the issue and still have not received the correct items or a refund 3 months later. Because of that experience, I would not recommend.
